Our onsite restaurant also offers delectable Brasserie style cuisine with freshly prepared seasonal dishes. El Gouna is about 25 km from Hurghada and is easily accessible from the international airport. It is set along kilometres of beachfront with seawater lagoons islets and unique architecture. I want to say a big thank you for everything. My stay was perfect in every way; the accommodation was wonderful, the food was delicious, everything was super clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely, I would love to come again inshallah.

I and my wife and our baby loved the hotel so much the staff in dunes resturant so helpful and kind the receptionists all of them they are so kind and welcome we also extremely loved the unit so so much it was perfect for our baby

Slice of Paradise
My wife and I booked this holiday as our belated honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place to visit. The hotel had everything you would need from a number of pools to pick from, great food served either at the buffet or at the onsite à la carte restaurant. The food was delicious and matched by the service provided by all the staff. We visited the leisure pool with the pool bar next to it the most with amazing service for towels provided on a choice of subbed by the lifeguard Zain. Zain would also walk round once a day with a treat of a cold towel, which was needed in the perfect 34 degree heat. The infinity pool was relaxing with the bar just as you get out. Mina was reliable on his variety of drinks and cocktails offering to deliver them to your sunbed. The golf course was immaculate with challenging holes but perfect greens, tee boxes and putting greens all for a great price! £88 for a buggy, balls on the range, Qi10 set of golf clubs and a round of 18. The first 9 finishing by the clubhouse giving you a chance to have a quick drink before you head out for the back 9. The all inclusive food had variety for every night for all pallets. The staff are attentive and friendly with front of house service providing options and assistance! For those really wanting to relax, I strongly recommend taking up their massage service, situated above the restaurant. The offer to have a massage at the start and end was a perfect way to start and finish our holiday! If you fancy heading out of the hotel, a quick tuk tuk costing around a £1 to head to the marina which has many options for food, drinks and activities. The sunset cruise was perfect to see Egypt’s amazing sunsets! The entertainment staff would organise activities around the pool and a show for every evening. The hotel also had an outside dance company come in and perform Michael Jackson dance routines, which were captivating. The guy who played MJ was phenomenal! This was accompanied by Mina and Mohammed in the Mint Garden who gave service with a smile top notch cocktails. The hotel has an app for additional room service items and notifications of activities throughout the day which was a great touch. You are allocated a guest liaison for the trip you can WhatsApp to find out more. Karim looked after us and was always on hand to help. This was a 10/10 holiday and although we like to travel to a number of different places, another visit will be on the agenda in the coming future!

Kareem, Abanoub, and Magdy from the reception team were all excellent, very helpful, and cooperative. I would also like to thank all the restaurant staff for their great service, kindness, and willingness to help. Everyone was friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.
