If you don’t purchase your policy from Holiday Extras, you must provide us with the details of your alternative insurance. The insurance must apply to all persons named on the booking and for whom a premium has been paid. If you travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses of any kind that an insurance policy would otherwise have covered.

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if you don’t have suitable insurance. If that happens, cancellation charges as set out in our booking conditions will apply.
