From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Moeen, Romario, Mrs. Youstina, and Sandy from the Front Desk team for their welcoming attitude, special treatment, and remarkable dedication in managing all our requests promptly and efficiently. Their positive energy and commitment to guest satisfaction made us feel valued and at home throughout our stay.
I would also like to thank all hotel staff members for their continuous efforts, support, kindness, and attention to detail. Their teamwork and dedication clearly reflect the high standards of hospitality that Club Paradisio is known for.
A particularly special appreciation goes to Mr. ElHusseiny from Marco Polo Main Restaurant for his outstanding hospitality and exceptional kindness toward my children (Seif & Cherif). Another Fab Stay
I love staying here. The town is clean and safe, and the hotel has everything you need to make a truly relaxing holiday. The beach feels like you're actually in a tropical area, but it's only a five hour flight from the UK. If you fancy a change of scene in the evening, you can take a Tuk Tuk from the front of the hotel to Abu Tig Marina and eat at beautiful good value restaurants.
