For years a familiar place where we come back with great pleasure!
We have been coming to the Sultan Bey Hotel for years now and every time it feels a bit like coming home. It is not only the beautiful surroundings, the nice atmosphere and the relaxing holiday experience that always bring us back, but especially the employees. They are really the reason for us to choose Sultan Bey again and again.
Over the years you get to know many employees and it is precisely that personal contact that makes the stay so special. The friendliness, hospitality and the way you are received as a guest make you feel really welcome here. In the end, it's the people who make a holiday extra special, and they understand that very well at Sultan Bey.
We are also very excited about this year's animation. There is a fun and varied programming with a nice combination of familiar, familiar activities and innovative parts. As a result, it remains cozy and surprising and there is something to experience for different ages and interests. Nice to see that attention remains for innovation, while the well-known parts that guests enjoy are also retained.
A little tip from us, especially for families with young children: it would be very nice if a small staircase could be placed at the baby/toddler pool. For the smallest visitors, that would make going in and out of the water a lot easier and more accessible. This way, the little guests of Sultan Bey can also enjoy the pool and the water fun even more. A small detail, but as far as we are concerned a nice addition!
All in all, we look back on our stay with great pleasure. The combination of the cozy atmosphere, the familiar faces, the hospitality and the fun animation makes us feel at home here every time.
