JAZ Aquaviva – our number one hotel in Egypt! We have visited Egypt many times and stayed in several different hotels, including JAZ Solaya three times and JAZ Lamaya once. We have always had very good experiences with the JAZ brand, but JAZ Aquaviva has honestly impressed us the most. The biggest strength of this hotel is definitely the staff. The waiters are fantastic – always smiling, friendly, professional and ready to help at every moment. You really feel that they care about the guests and want everyone to have the best possible holiday. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention. The rooms are always very clean, well prepared and perfectly maintained. The gentlemen taking care of the rooms are extremely kind, helpful and always available whenever anything is needed. The food is another huge advantage. The quality is excellent and, most importantly, the selection changes every day. There is a great variety of dishes, different flavours and cuisines, so everyone can easily find something they enjoy. The food never feels repetitive. The à la carte restaurants are also a fantastic experience. The service, presentation of the food and the whole atmosphere make you feel like a VIP. It is a very special part of the stay and definitely worth trying. Another thing we really appreciate is how quickly the staff reacts in any unusual or emergency situation. Whenever something is needed, someone is immediately available to help and solve the problem. This gives you a real feeling of comfort and security during the holiday. The whole hotel is very well organised, clean and maintained to a very high standard. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxing from the moment you arrive. After staying in many hotels in Egypt, we can honestly say that JAZ Aquaviva is now our number one. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, fantastic food, great facilities and a place where guests are truly cared for. We already know that when we return to Egypt, JAZ Aquaviva will be our first choice. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel was amazing, it had everything you needed for a weeks holiday if not longer. You don’t even have to leave the hotel especially if you have children as you can split the week up from the kids club a couple of days, the water park a couple of days, and just chilling by/in the various pools around the hotel. And the evening entertainment was also varied, and again something the kids can also get involved in and enjoy. The food and the service was second to none, it was outstanding. All the staff from the life guards to the waiters to the cleaning staff were all friendly and very good with the kids.
