Jaz Aquaviva is an absolute paradise on earth and the ultimate recipe for a perfect family holiday! We stayed here with our 6-year-old child, and the standard of service was top-notch. Our stay exceeded expectations in every possible way.Here are the main highlights: Outstanding service in the main restaurant: The food was delicious and varied, but the staff truly deserves the biggest round of applause. The waiters and chefs are incredibly professional, kind, always smiling, and highly efficient in making guests feel comfortable. Wonderful lifeguards at Water World: The Makadi Water World waterpark is fantastic, but the lifeguards truly stood out. They are exceptionally responsible, professional, and alert, while also bringing great positive energy. Thanks to their incredible dedication and constant attentiveness, we felt 100% safe, which allowed us to fully relax. Kudos to the entire team! Reliable Room Service: Housekeeping worked flawlessly. The room was thoroughly and meticulously cleaned every single day. Beautiful grounds and kudos to the gardeners: The hotel grounds are exceptionally well-maintained. A huge shout-out to the gardeners for their fantastic work – the greenery, flowers, and the entire surroundings look absolutely stunning. Facilities and entertainment: The hotel is modern and highly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the pools are crystal clear, and the animation team provides a fun, engaging entertainment program. In summary: A perfect hotel for a family trip with excellent service, great food, and plenty of attractions. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful and relaxing getaway!

We had an absolute blast at Jaz Aquaviva in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortable the entire resort is. The highlight for our trip was definitely the water activities—the pools are fantastic, and the aqua park is an absolute thrill for all ages! There is so much to do, but even with all the action, the resort manages to feel relaxing and pristine. Speaking of pristine, a massive shoutout to the incredible housekeeping team! Everything throughout the hotel was kept impeccably clean, and our room was spotless every single day. Their attention to detail and hard work really made our stay comfortable and worry-free. If you're heading to Hurghada, I couldn't recommend Jaz Aquaviva enough. We can't wait to come back!
