Wonderful experiences and fabulous hospitality
Excellent Experience
Excellent experience. This is the 3rd time for me and the family (wife and 2 daughters) in 4 years. I like everything about this hotel. The reception, room service and the restaurant are all awesome. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Abdelaziz and Mr. Ahmed Farouk for their help and support
Good but to be improved
Good, but can be really improved. The Air conditioning in the main restaurant was the worst and must be fixed. Further, the TV in the room should be bigger with a wider selection of channels
Relaxing holiday away
Lovely relaxing holiday. This hotel is just what we wanted. The rooms were always maintained to a very high standard. There is always some thing to eat even for the picky eaters. All the staff from start to finish can not do enough for you. The shuttle to the beach is very reliable. Not allowed in your face hotel. Felt very safe and relaxed
Amazing hotel!!
We have just got back from hurghada after staying at jaz Neo saraya palms hotel, one of the quieter hotels but that meant a lot to us as we got to meet and spend time with other families with such a relaxing atmosphere but fun at the same time.
Their was a real sense of relaxation but also real quality in respect for guests
Let me start by saying it was a perfect family holiday, made extra special by all the staff at the hotel who I will name individually due to their excellent customer service.
Mahmood , front of house manager , so helpful and welcoming he could not do enough for our family to ensure our stay was nothing less than perfect.
Mahmood pool bar staff, what a man, again went above and beyond and so thoughtful and friendly to all the guests and a real nice guy and now family friend.
Ali , upstairs bar along with Ahmed very welcoming and truly pleasant men who again went above and beyond for all guests.
Abdo in the restaurant, same thing does all he can and goes above and beyond for all guests a true gent.
Mustafa , front reception, you be surprised to know he also went above and beyond for guests including our family.
We cannot thank them all enough for making our holiday the best experience and we will definitely be going back, the staff their make it what it is, an amazing hotel with staff that go that extra mile at all times.
