Serenity Fun City is a 8-minute walk from the beach and located on the west bank of the Red Sea in the area of Makadi Bay. One of the most striking features is the Theme Park, a unique amusement park in the Red Sea Region, including the Aqua Park with a variety of water slides and pools for all age ranges, Luna park with various games, kids club, children's playgrounds, video games room and 6D cinema. The accommodation will provide you with a satellite TV, minibar, in room safe; each room has a balcony or terrace with different views. Private bathroom with shower comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. In the Serenity Fun City you will find a shared beach area with sister hotel Serenity Makadi Beach and a tennis court. This Resort offers a main buffet restaurant an a la carte restaurants - Italian, Asian, as well as food court and 4 large bars either in the lobby or at the swimming pools with an aqua park view.

Dear Management,
This is a formal and final complaint regarding my 9 bookings at Serenity Alma Heights, which the hotel has refused to honor.
I booked and paid through Agoda in good faith, yet Agoda and the hotel have failed to provide the accommodation that I paid for. As a result, our entire group’s holiday has been seriously disrupted, causing significant financial loss, stress, and inconvenience.

Great holiday experience!
We can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with plenty of attractions, a great water park, good service, and the opportunity to enjoy both an active holiday and some relaxing time.
When it comes to food, there was a really wide selection and everyone could find something they liked. Breakfast was quite similar every day, but there was still a good variety to choose from. Lunch and dinner, on the other hand, were much more varied. A big advantage is also the possibility to enjoy six à la carte restaurants: Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Andalusian, Indian, and Moroccan.
We were also very happy with the service. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always willing to respond to guests’ needs. The rooms were cleaned every day.
However, the biggest highlight of the hotel for us was definitely the entertainment. The animators are active from early morning until the evening, full of energy, and constantly involve guests in different activities. There are so many different activities and attractions that it is really difficult to get bored at the hotel.
There are also souvenir shops within the hotel, which is very convenient.
There are plenty of sun loungers, and we never felt that we had to “reserve” one. If there is a higher demand, the staff simply add more loungers.
The beach itself is nice and has its own charm. It is sandy and there is also a beach bar serving drinks. You can get to the beach by the hotel shuttle bus, which runs very frequently, or you can walk there – it takes around 15 minutes.
The sea near the beach is relatively shallow, and the entrance to the water is rocky. There is also a jetty from which you can enter deeper water and go diving or snorkeling.
Overall, this is definitely a hotel where it is difficult to get bored!

Safe for everyone
It was my first time in this hotel and me and my family really like it every thing is nice all the restaurants has good food clean food nice people the drinks are great the rooms clean to everyone treats you good they has multiple options in food western Asian … the pool is clean we liked the mango festival , I liked the bar the kids park and the aqua park really organized the kids are safe really enjoyed it we recommend it 💖

I stayed at Serenity Hotel in Hurghada and was very happy with my experience! The hotel has a beautiful, well-maintained territory and a lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, and everything you need for a comfortable holiday is there. I would also like to mention the animation team — they are very fun, active and friendly. The children’s program was especially great: interesting, varied, and definitely kept the kids entertained! ❤️

Amazing time here and me and my friends had such a good time. The entertainment team were the highlight for us- made us feel so welcome and made sure we all felt included. Amazing food and drinks! We had such a good time and they made sure to always come over and make sure we were dancing and joining in with all the fun. Can’t wait to return!
