Freshly Checked Out & Already Missing It! The Absolute Definition of Egyptian Hospitality at Jaz Soma Beach
We literally just checked out and left Jaz Soma Beach 30 minutes ago, and my family and I are already wishing we could turn the car around and go back! To say this stay exceeded our expectations is a massive understatement—every single element of this resort, from the people to the beach, was pure perfection. The Staff & Hospitality (The Soul of the Resort) What truly sets Jaz Soma Beach apart is its incredible team. From the moment we arrived until the second we said our goodbyes, we were welcomed not just as guests, but as family being invited into someone’s home. The warmth, genuine hospitality, and friendly energy of every single employee were unmatched. They anticipate your needs before you even ask, always greeting you with a real smile. A huge personal shoutout goes to Khaled from Guest Relations, who made a world of difference during our stay. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and went out of his way to ensure every single detail of our vacation was seamless and memorable. You can tell he truly cares about every guest's experience. The Beach & Sea The beach is an absolute paradise! The sand is clean and soft, and the water in Soma Bay is crystal-clear, calm, and breathtakingly blue. Whether you want to swim, soak up the sun, or just relax by the shoreline with a drink, it’s absolute bliss. There are plenty of comfortable sunbeds, and the beach staff makes sure you’re well taken care of all day long. The Food & Dining The food was fantastic throughout our entire stay. The main buffet offers a huge variety of high-quality, flavorful dishes every day, with fresh options for every taste. Everything was well-seasoned, hot, and hygienic. The restaurant service is lightning-fast and attentive, and the live cooking stations kept every meal exciting. The Rooms & Comfort Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night, and the balcony view was the perfect spot to start the morning. The room was well-equipped with great amenities, and the air conditioning was top-tier. Cleanliness & Maintenance The level of hygiene across the entire property is an absolute 10/10. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job every day, keeping our room immaculate with lovely personal touches. The swimming pools, public areas, walkways, and gardens are meticulously maintained and kept spotless from early morning to late at night. Final Verdict Jaz Soma Beach is a resort with a true soul. We came looking for a relaxing break, but we left with unforgettable memories and genuine appreciation for everyone who works there. Thank you to Khaled and the entire team for making our stay so magical. We’re still on the road home and already planning our next trip back! 🌟✨
Nice hotel and staff, food wasn’t the best, service was quick but the beach was not the nicest.
Hotel is quite small for big families. Rooms were nice and quite spacious, with big bathrooms. Food in the Main buffet was the same most nights - we preferred the beach buffet wich was smaller but with much nicer food. There were 2 main pools and one kids pool which were all a lovely temperature. There is an amphitheater but wasn’t really used whilst we were there - it was mainly dancing and singing in the entertainment area. If you have a room by the pool, it is also near the entertainment area so at night the music can get quite loud, especially if you have young kids that go to bed earlier. The location is okay - in the middle of the desert which was nice and calming but the beach was full of rubbish (cans, bottles, wrappers) and (non-toxic) jelly fish were always swept in by the sea - this hotel is by the red sea and so it was very calm every day we were there. The staff were very kind, welcoming and Cheerful and the drinks service was very quick most of the time. The cleaners did very well with cleaning the rooms and we always came back to a tidy and fresh room. Some extra things this hotel has includes: A pool table, Yoga/excersising sessions (adults and Kids), Kids club and activities (such as baking), a gym (adults only).
Over all, this hotel really nice with lovely rooms, great staff, big pools. The food was very repetitive and the beach was not the nicest. You were also not aloud to go on long walks down the beach because lots of it was closed off. It was a lovely calming family getaway though.

Amazing, will be back ♥️
We had the most amazing holiday. We had never done All inclusive before so wasn’t really sure what to expect but it was wonderful. We were on the top floor overlooking the pool and the only gripe we had was that the lift broke down about 5 times in the 10 days we were there but the staff were very apologetic and there was another lift on our floor but a bit of a walk away. We used the stairs mainly. The rooms are a little dated but extremely clean and had everything we needed. The food was amazing and so much of it. Lots of different things to choose from. There was two waiters both called Ahmed that we mainly had and they were so nice and helpful. One of them was so funny although we didn’t see him on our last two days so assume he had gone back to see his family for a holiday. Youssef the waiter at the pool was amazing. He was so nice and nothing was too much trouble. He always made sure we were ok and it was nice to see him daily. We miss him already. ❤️ The staff work extremely hard and we were so grateful for the ones we encountered. We did a quad bike trip, booked with Remal Safari and our trip guide Mahmoud was such a lovely man. He took us out for two hours and we had the best time. The whole complex was clean and well kept with people working tireless to keep it lovely. We went to the beach a couple of times but found the service not as good as the poolside. No one came over to us to asked about drinks and when we went to the bar we were ignored. So we stayed mainly at the pool where we knew we would get good service from Youssef. We will definitely be back, hopefully at Easter. Thank you everyone, keep up the good work ♥️

The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The gardens are kept really manicured. The food is amazing especially when chef Mostafa and Ahmed cook especially for you. The animation team were great fun , very energetic and engaging. The entertainment was good too especially trying to learn Arabic. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Very good hotel and good value
Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were professional, kind, and always smiling. The food was fresh and tasty, with plenty of choices every day. The beach and pools were beautiful, and the entertainment team did a great job. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.
