Great hotel. Rip off spa
Amazing hotel. Stay away from the spa. Big rip off. I dont no how they sleep at night. Big let down for the hotel

A massive resort but quiet or as active as you want.
Just a short transfer by taxi from Hurghada airport. Laid back and chilled vibe plenty of bars and a nice beach. Room (1337) was slightly dated with a balcony and pool view but as with most areas of the resort very clean and tidy. Fantastic service from the spa staff (couldn't fault them at all) The restaurant staff and pool lifeguards where helpful and welcoming. A big shout out must go to the gardens team who work through the intense heat to keep the gardens looking absolutely fantastic also to our designated room cleaner who kept the room spotless and provided different towel art each day.
