I went there with my family , the hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly too! 
Everything that we asked for was done perfectly. 
Also it was my husband’s birthday and we did a cute celebration with the assist of the hotel staff. 

Food was very good and room service was great too! 

Animation team too are super friendly and energetic ☺️ 

Although the weather was so windy, but we were never bored in the resort.

Definitely will not be the last time to come.

Great experience and stay

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, making our stay even more special. Radwa was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her hospitality and kindness made a great impression on us. Thanks to her and the wonderful experience we had, we will definitely be coming back again in the future!

Very nice view and definitely will come again

Wow! From the moment we walked in and was greeted by Rawad who took great care of us. She upgraded our room and was always contactable through what’s app.

Our house keeper Samir was also fantastic! Making sure we had everything we need.

All the restaurants were first class in the evening, I need gluten free and there was always someone to help. In the day time the staff were extra busy so I didn’t like to bother anyone so just played it safe.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the sun beds have thick mattress on, so comfortable. There’s a decent gym and dive centre. We also booked massages through Haney who made us laugh every day.  

There’s no negative to this hotel, I just wish they had decafe coffee, better dairy alternatives and a few more staff then it would be perfect!

Beautiful hotel

Had a great stay at the pickalbatros hotel, what made it even better was the shisha corner onsite. Mohammed, Twafik, Mahamoud were super friendly with great shisha flavours looked after us very well changing flavour and making sure the shisha was kept fresh at all times (Also great dance moves from Mohammed!)

Great stay

This is our second time in Egypt.
Last year we stayed at the Picalbatros Moderna in Sharm el Sheik.

From the moment we arrived at the Citadel we were impressed.
The journey from the ariport was by mini bus and we were the only two from our flight from UK ( Easy Jet Holidays) to stay here.... how lucky were we !.

The outside of the hotel is impressive and it does not stop there.
The lobby area is spacious and spotless, as is the rest of the hotel/grounds.
Check in was quick and straightforward.
We were in room 7029 a deluxe room, which was , spacious and clean. 
Everything about this hotel was excellent
We will return without a doubt.

The Marina is stunning with plenty of outdoor seating and shade 
Beds on beach plentiful with windreaks, it was very breezy when we were there, so these were very welcome.

We did not visit the Golden Budha. 

We booked massages, and they were excellent. Thanks to Ruby and   

We booked treatments in the beauty parlour, again great.

The main buffet  (Culina)restaurant we ate every day for breakfast, most days for lunch and evening meals and I have to say food was varied, hot and tasty. The staff here were always smiling

We ate in the Citadel and again food excellent. The dining chairs are a bit low though.

We also ate in Al Fredo and Asian resturant.

The lobby bars, were generally quiet , however, the staff were engaging and friendly

The Tagine I believe is going to be the Starfish , however this was being renovated during our stay.

Our room was well stocked with water and there was Sprite, & Coke in the fridge.
We had clean towels every day without asking and room was well looked after.

The outdoor areas are kept extremely clean.

There are a selection of shops at the front of the hotel, but we did not buy anything.
We did use the ATM in the lobby area.
The complementary blue bus that runs around the hotel every 15mins or so was very welcome.
 
Entertainment staff were visible but not pushy.
Eventing entertainment seemed to be on the pontoon at the marina, we did not sit out as it was quite chilly of an evening. As its fairly low season entertainment may be a lot more as season progresses.

value 10/10- we got an amazing deal and since we came home I cannot find a week here anywhere near the price we got, so I am well pleased with our 1st visit.
