What can I say, This hotel stands above any other hotel we have ever visited in Egypt, the warmth and friendly staff work so hard day and night and nothing is too much for them, we booked a junior VIP suite and was so lucky to be upgraded to a massive jacuzzi suite with pool and sea view, our room was kept spotless and we couldn’t fault our two different cleaners, a special mention to our favourite waiter Mohamed in the main buffet restaurant, extremely caring and always welcomed us with the great smile, morning and evening, reception staff were brilliant and caring, We have just booked our second stay at this beautiful hotel for next August, we can’t wait, thanks to all of you for making our stay so fantastic xx

Premier property
Well , we booked ages ago and spent loads of time looking forward to arriving , We were upgraded to a junior jacuzzi suite lovely big room ground floor straight out onto the pool , what a treat !! Pool is large and clean and perfect temperature. Food in the hotel all round is perfect ! Buffett is varied and extensive, the lovely egg chef at breakfast is so on the ball sometimes doing 7 different orders at one time . You see people testing food temperatures and refreshing food once it’s been there a while . Ala cartes a fab and you book through Magda in reception no problems at all . Staff are amazing all round and go above and beyond ? Though I think they could add some at the beach bar to reduce the stress they’re under . The waiter in the evening on the upstairs outside bar is so happy and works so hard . Beach is covered in beds and shade but access to the sea is limited 🙁 . Pool sunbeds are a bit of a stress you need to be there really at the latest by 7.30 to get a bed ! People are out from 6 sitting in their preferred beds , management remove towels and property if you leave the beds before 7 pm . All in all 9 out of 10 and will return definitely. A place you don't want to leave.
That was not the first visit, and for sure won't be the last one. If you like being pampered, you’ve come to the right place. Each single employee would do his maximum effort to make you comfortable. A little example Mohamed from the housekeeping, the effort he do to keep that big suite clean and comfortable is unbelievable. Also Bassem from the restaurant, Abdelwahab and many others. I feel sorry I couldn't remember all the others names.

The best experience
We spent 10 days in this amazing hotel, the food and restaurants are fantastic, the staff can't do enough for you, special shout out to Carlos who looked after us by the pool, always service with a smile, Islam who kept our room beautifuly tidy, Mustafa in the restaurant, excellent service these three people in particular made our holiday even better. In fact everyone was amazing and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay. The animation team were great, particularly enjoyed pilates (stretchy stretchy 🤣) on a morning. We have travelled to many places, this hotel is head and shoulders above anywhere else we have ever stayed. If your thinking of booking go ahead and do it, we will definitely be back!

What a stunning hotel rooms first class hotel grounds immaculate came as V.I.P. restaurants are superb all staff are wonderful treated like royalty. Love it can highly recommend this hotel
