This amazing resort is located 20 km from the city of Hurghada and 18km from its airport. It has everything visitors could possibly need to enjoy a memorable stay. There is a private beach with a jetty leading to two natural lagoons, a sunken city to explore and an old town that is the commercial and entertainment hub. Among the numerous amenities are three outdoor pools, a choice of water sports, a spa and fitness centre, tennis and volleyball courts and a built in outdoor hot tub. A vast array of eating experiences can be enjoyed in the resort's restaurants. There are a selection of bars that offer a wide range of drinks from cocktails to oriental hot and cold beverages. The beautiful elegantly designed rooms have either a sea or a mountain view and a terrace or a balcony. They have air-conditioning, satellite television, hi speed internet, a safe and a mini-bar.
We liked the hotel. Very freindly staff . The cleaning was perfect. Guest relation was very good
Very good hotel. We enjoyed. We will come back again. Thanks for Hana
Everything was perfect. All are very nice, and Hana was so nice and she was there every time when we need her.
We stayed at Tropitel for 11 nights as a family of four (two adults and two kids aged 11&14). It was our first visit to Egypt and we've thoroughly enjoyed it.
The room on arrival was spotlessly clean and had two queen size beds and a pull out bed. The staff asked if we'd like another bed and this was sorted quickly.
Food was good - we only ate in The Palm due to our daughter being coeliac and needing a gluten free diet. There was always lots of choice and everything we ate we enjoyed. Mohammed, Executive Chef went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was well fed and made her a range of meals from chicken and steak with various different sauces to pizza and pasta. Fady, was also great at breakfast making waffles and pancakes.
We spent a lot of time around the water slide pool. The barman, Melad, was on the ball and always kept our drinks topped up.
The lifeguards are worth their weight on gold - we saw a number of very small children pulled out of the water over the course of our holiday as they weren't being appropriately supervised by their parents.
The only downside for us was the hassle from various businesses selling excursions round the pool but a simple no thank you and they will leave you alone.
We used the hotel photographer for some family photos. The photos we got are excellent but they are pricey so if you do decide to book them, haggle for a good deal!
The golf buggys to hire out the back are worth it, we paid £35 for 2 hours and drove along the sea front to the supermarket and Arrivals Piazza and back.
There is a cash machine in the hotel to change English into Egyptian at a good rate.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Top-Class!
What a fantastic place! My family and I had a brilliant time from start to finish. The whole team were absolutely top class and made our stay so enjoyable.
A special shout-out to the animation team — Didi, Patricia and Sam — who were excellent. They were so friendly, energetic and brilliant with the family. They really helped make the holiday memorable.
A massive mention also has to go to Ali, our cleaner — Habibi, Habibi! 😂❤️ He was exceptional. Our room was cleaned to such a high standard every single day, and he was always friendly and welcoming.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Saad behind the bar is a top-draw guy — always smiling, friendly and great fun.
The food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the snorkelling was brilliant. There was something for everyone, and my family and I genuinely had such a great time.
Top-draw place, top-draw staff and a fantastic holiday. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily come back! 🇪🇬☀️🌴❤️
