A Wonderful Experience at Amarina Abu Soma ❤️
Our stay at Amarina Abu Soma was truly unforgettable, and what made it so special was the incredible warmth and kindness of the people working there.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles, exceptional hospitality, and a level of friendliness that made us feel right at home. The interactions we had with the staff were outstanding, and their kindness, professionalism, and dedication made every day of our holiday special.
The quality of the services provided was excellent, and it was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests and want them to have the best possible experience.
But what makes Amarina Abu Soma truly unique is the personal connection we built with so many of the wonderful people there. They were not just hotel employees to us; they became friends. We are incredibly happy and grateful that, even after our holiday, we have remained close friends with many of them.

Great Hotel
I stayed at Amarina Abu Soma from September 1st to September 5th in two Standard Sea View rooms. Honestly, I can’t remember any negative points worth mentioning. Overall, it was a great experience, mainly because of the very professional staff and the high level of hospitality throughout our stay.
A special million thanks to Mr. Basem, Assistant Front Office Manager, who was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely one of the best hotel staff members I have ever met. His attitude and willingness to help made a real difference.
Also, a big thank you to Mr. Karam, Housekeeping Manager, who is clearly very knowledgeable about his department and staff. He follows up on everything personally and makes sure that any issue is solved quickly and properly.
Many thanks as well to Mr. Sayed from the Housekeeping team and Mr. Abdo, the bellman, for their kindness, support, and excellent service.
The hotel also offers a rich buffet with a good variety of items, with different choices for lunch and dinner.

The beach is clean, sandy, and enjoyable, and the aquapark is a nice option for children.
In general, we had a great experience at Amarina Abu Soma. The excellent hospitality, professional staff, cleanliness, food variety, and beautiful beach made our stay very enjoyable

Great hotel!
Very nice hotel, good variety of food/different food every day on the all inclusive. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and tidy and there are loads of activities to do inside or outside the hotel!

A relaxing and heartwarming hotel
We loved our two weeks stay, especially due to the super friendly service of the staff in the restaurants, bars and household. One of our favorite staff members was KARIM, his efficiency and kindness made us feel special. He was always aware of whenever we wanted to get something and even made and created excellent new drinks! Please look out for KARIM on your stay at this hotel :). Our housekeeper Khaled was also a super friendly and efficient guy! Overall we loved the experience at the hotel, we really felt welcome and well cared for!
