Our 4th visit – still a great hotel, but some things need improvement
This was our fourth stay at SENTIDO Caribbean World Resort, which says a lot about how much we have enjoyed coming back here over the years.
First of all, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They are extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and they are always ready to assist with any situation. Their attitude towards guests is one of the biggest strengths of this resort and they truly deserve special praise.
The food was excellent during our stay, with plenty of choice and very good quality. The beach is phenomenal and remains one of our favourite things about the resort.
Unfortunately, this time there were also several things that disappointed us.
The Kids Club was closed during our entire stay, and it appears to have been closed for quite some time. There was such a thick layer of dust on the tables inside that it was obvious the area had not been used or cleaned for a long period. For a family resort, this is very disappointing.
There are also two children's playgrounds. One of them is completely exposed to the sun and is visibly in a very poor and deteriorating condition. The other playground has a very unpleasant and strong smell. We are not sure what is causing it — perhaps its location near the toilets or something else — but it makes the playground very unpleasant for children and parents.
Another strange situation was that we were charged for two cups that my wife had placed outside our room so they could be washed. Considering this was already our fourth visit to the hotel, we found this particularly disappointing and unnecessary.
We were also disappointed with the parties and evening entertainment. The parties were quite poor and lacked the atmosphere and energy we expected from a resort of this size.
Overall, we still had a good stay, mainly thanks to the amazing staff, excellent food and phenomenal beach. We have returned to SENTIDO Caribbean World Resort four times because we genuinely like this resort, which is why we hope management will take these comments seriously and improve these areas.
A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. You are definitely one of the best parts of this resort!

i had a wonderful experience at the hotel and the animators was so friendly and they made the stay fun and enjoyable i would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and entertaining holiday and much love to Estella she’s so sweet
Animation was amaizing
Big shotout to the animation team: Amr, Seiko, Sahar, Cash, Enzo, Wajdi etc. They made our stay here fun and energetic and contributed to the fantastic atmosphere. Whole staff is also good sport, recepcionist, bartenders, waiters, room maintenance.
The appearance of the hotel is a bit outdated, but it has its own charm. In the future it should be refreshed, starting with furniture at the lobby, rooms, restaurants.
The beach is 10+
The overall experience is positive and I would recomend this hotel to everyone.

Good facilities bad staff
The hotel facilities were good and well-maintained, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude and service were disappointing. The staff were not friendly or helpful especially front desk, which negatively affected our overall experience. I hope the management focuses on improving customer service and staff professionalism, as the hotel has good potential.

I would like to recommend👌 this hotel to everyone who wants to visit soma bay It's very cleaned and all staff is helpful and kindly , the food is amazing , and the All chefs Staff is so Gently , it's so memorable stay and I will come to visit soon again and the end especially thanks for m.mohamed bayomy thank you for hospitality❤️
