Unforgettable holiday made truly special by an incredible team!
As we near the end of our fantastic stay at the Sheraton Sharm Hotel the resort, pools, and views were brilliant, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Several individuals went above and beyond to make our trip effortless and memorable: Elsayed (Housekeeping): An absolute star. Not only was our room kept spotless and fresh throughout our entire stay, but coming back each afternoon to find his stunning towel art creations brought a smile to our faces every single day. The attention to detail and care was second to none. Mohammed (Pool Bar): Kept the energy high from morning to late afternoon! He worked tirelessly all day under the sun, keeping our drinks topped up and keeping everyone thoroughly entertained with great humour and genuine warmth. Mohammed (Lifeguard): Outstanding service poolside. He was always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed—from fresh towels to ideal loungers—and ensuring we could completely relax knowing the pool area was in safe, watchful hands. Mostafa (Restaurant): Dining was always a pleasure thanks to Mostafa. Meal times can get busy, but he consistently made us feel like VIPs by having a table ready and waiting for us with a warm, welcoming smile. The hard work, hospitality, and friendliness of these four team members turned a great holiday into an unforgettable one. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Sheraton Sharm and can't wait to return!

Medical massage
Suci gave me a medical massage. She was very friendly. The massage she gave me was amazing. Would highly recommend Suci. Very knowledgeable too

Amazing
Me and my husband are at the hotel for our honeymoon. The bar and restaurant staff are Amazing , treating us like royalty, we don't need to do anything and they are always willing to help us . Thankyou for making out honeymoon special for us . From Mr and Mrs Sanders x
We also have Amazing and attention to detail cleaner his name is Elsayed his gone above and beyond for us and kept our room clean and lots of surprises when we get back to our room. He is a lovely man thankyou x
Amazing place
We had such an amazing stay at the Sheraton! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our experience even more special.
The evening entertainment was absolutely amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The light show was incredible and something we’ll remember for a long time. The atmosphere in the evenings was brilliant, and there was always something to look forward to.
A very special shoutout to Emam, who was extremely kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He really went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome.
We honestly had such a fantastic time and would come back straight away! Thank you to everyone at the Sheraton for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t recommend it enough! ❤️✨
Overall class but a few issues
The hotel was absolutely stunning but upon arrival at midnight we were informed that our room wasnt ready. We booked a superior room w/ double bed and were provided a decent enough room but with 2 single beds because reception said its down to 'subject to availability'... No big deal though!
The hotel was stunning and 90% of the staff were so friendly - shoutout to Omar at the Lobby Bar (Legend), Mohammed at the pool bar & my man Amir from entertainment - what a boy (Hope your dad is ok mate!)
However... the geezer with the squint and the specs needs to change his attitude or hes lucky i didnt change his appearance with a Glasgow kiss. Got very aggressive towards my partner on our last day demanding to look at our full bank statement on how much we spent outwith the free 'all inclusive' hours due to their incompetence of being able to charge set prices for drinks and making them up as they go along.
Some of the food, i wouldnt feed to my dog back in Glasgow - awful at times. If you can survive on basic white rice and grilled chicken for dinner & eggs for breakfast then you're fine but most nights we went to Soho Sq for food.
Outwith the above the rest of the 2 weeks were excellent - met so many lovely people & think i became pals with every Brit/Ozzy during our stay lol. & many of them we will 100% be keeping in contact with.
Weather was incredible everyday and the pool & snorkelling in the sea within the hotel was amazing.
i'd rate it 8/10 mainly due to the good time we had with people we met and how clean the place was & the gym was really good and 24hrs which was ideal.
