Lovely friendly staff Amazing choices of fresh food and grill nights and bar snacks Lovely big pools Nice rooms Nice bar staff karlos Friendly entertainment team Excellent reception staff........one complaint though is the bar staff before karlos was not good as he gave dirty glasses and wasn't bothered...... I have been here many times and shall continue

Everybody ia very sweet and make everything to feel comfy and safe !!! Rivietta is amazing ! Esther Shika Sharks Mo are also very nice ! Totally recommended!!

In terms of location; this hotel is set back from main road but walkable to local shops including a pharmacy and a cracking cafe called Cafito which does a banging iced coffee and great cheap food if you want to get out. The transfer from the airport was straight forward and about 20mins. All trips and taxis knew the hotel so no issues getting out and about. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and our air-conditioning was immense, unlike the kids room who's didn't work. Rooms were a good size and better than I was expecting. We had a balcony overlooking the pool. The animation team were ace and made me laugh on a daily basis despite us saying no to most activities altho we did partake in darts, games and aqua gym. The spa is incredible and 'Bob' was so funny - well worth the money we spent, can highly recommend the hammam and full body massage-just incredible. One member of staff stands out for us, Kerolus who was the pool barman. He made the holiday and his banter and jokes with the kids was on point. I'm aware he no longer works at Coral Hills and that is a massive loss for the hotel. He knew when we needed drinks and delivered them as we were finishing the ones we had. Unfortunately some of the other barstaff weren't as good with slow service and little to no laughs/conversation or confidence. Hopefully that will improve. Food at the hotel was ok altho a little samey same however this did mean we could always find something to eat we arent fussy eaters so tried everything. The bbq'd crab, burgers and tomato salads were great. There was always something on the grill or outdoor stations so always worth checking there as well. Drinks were good, decent beer which was all we drank really, spirits were potent. Quite a few cracked,chipped glasses which should probably have been thrown away but we managed. I took a plastic cup which staff were happy to refill for me- a better choice for the swim up pool bar too. Housekeeping were relatively quiet and we didn't see much of them but polite and the rooms smelt great when we returned. Overall, a great holiday altho we would probably not return to this hotel as there are so many to choose from in Sharm so if we return we would try a different hotel maybe closer to old town.
