Falcon Hills

We had one of the best holidays we’ve had here at the wonderful Falcon Hills Hotel. We went with our son, daughter in law and 2 grown up Grandsons. To be honest as a 3 star hotel, our expectations were not high but the hotel and staff surpassed all our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely couldn't do enough. They were super efficient and so hard working. Our thanks especially to Wael our wonderful Waiter, who remembered what we drank and served us with such attentiveness and professionalism, Ahmed was our absolutely AWESOME room cleaner, our room was spotless with sheets and towels changed daily, plus the most amazing towel designs we've ever seen, such a happy, enthusiastic young man, with a genuine smile for us every day, Ahmed you're amazing!! Hussein the amazing Chef, who on one day when we arrived at dining room closing time, made us something fresh, that's not good service, its amazing service. The food was good and wholesome, with a good variety and always something for everyone. We particularly liked it wasn't tailored for the western world and we were able to try some good Egyptian dishes. There was always a pasta dish for people who wanted something nearer to home. There was the free shuttle the beach and a truly amazing taxi service from the foyer of the hotel, and Nader was our hero, who arranged transport for the 6 of us promptly and efficiently with genuine kindness and friendliness. He would update us by txt and check everything was OK. And all at a cost that was quite astoundingly cheap. The hotel overall was so clean and had 2 beautiful swimming pools, and we witnessed both pools and whole of the pool areas being cleaned regularly, something we've never witnessed before on any holiday. One night around 11pm we had some mosquitoes come in somehow, the only time in our 2 week stay, we rang reception and they were there within minutes and sorted it out, absolutely superb customer service and care. Thank you. We made good use of the very good, and reasonable Spa facilities, and i had 5 head to toe massages with facials, that were simply the best. Nahala who sold the packages was lovely and the great gentleman masseuse (sorry left his name at home) was incredible. Our whole family booked 2 trips together, one to the Pyramids in Cairo by air and one to The Valley of the Kings Luxor by air, and our son and family went also to Petra. We had outstandingly experienced and knowledgeable guides, and all the trips were organised impeccably. A truly awesome experience, not to be missed. We all as a family of 6 adults, could not fault this wonderful hotel for one single thing, but we can say, we had one of the most relaxing, exciting, fulfilled holidays we've ever had, and have all said we will be looking at booking again next year. Falcon Hills management should be very proud of their hard working, conscientious, friendly, customer focused staff, they are a true credit to them. Thank you Falcon Hills for a truly memorable holiday...we will be back!!
