We loved all the staff, especially the entertainment team. The rooms were clean and really nice. We plan to return again
We had an amazing experience at Jaz Fanara Resort, a special part of our holiday was the entertainment team, they were so lovely and so much fun. Luca, Kate, Morgan, Lido, Pedro were so so lovely , we went out with them one evening and had the best time. The hotel room was really lovely, clean. All the workers were really kind people.
We met a guy named Jimmy who worked for the Scuba diving company called Pyramids. We booked a day out with them to the White Island and scuba diving and the most amazing experience.
September was very hot, but the AC in the rooms were brilliant the room cooled down in minutes.
The only issue we had was with our stomachs, but we are unsure to what caused this (possibly the water in rooms).
Excellent hotel and service
We are enjoying our 4th stay at Jaz Fanara. Location, service and food is perfect, as always! The staff are amazing, particular mentions for Eslam, who looked after us in our room, and Mohammed at Gazella restaurant and pool and Ahmed in the Fantasia bar.
Almost perfect
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the room was a little dated but again very clean the food however for the star rating of the hotel was poor and very repetitive with a very limited choice of hot food to choose between, however everything else about our stay was fantastic the location on the beach the pools the staff all fantastic just a real shame about the food offering
