It was a very nice experience the staff are friendly and I highly recommend to visit this hotel and ismail Mohsen is the best bartender in the hotel

When we arrived we’ve been welcomed by a strong sewage smell which staid with us the entire time. The reception looked nice although the smell inside was not the best fragrance however the receptionist was nice when we arrived and very uncooperative when we left. The room was as in pictures however very dirty. The road from the entrance of the building to the room was a walk through the hotel history and ruins. Empty hallways with broken tiles, breaking down wall plaster and egress made us feel unwelcome. And btw there was no waterfall… The food was the same every day…..that maybe why I got sick from our fourth day until still today after 5 days. To add in top of all, the entire time we felt like in a construction site with high drilling machines and their bad noise. The only positive part of our experience was made by the people how were absolutely amazing, including the diving center team, SPA and beauty center.

Our 1 week stay was very disappointing. The cleanliness was not good, there was no shuttle bus, and the cable car was removed and unavailable. We had to walk a lot and it was very tiring. Unfortunately, the stay was not comfortable, and we would not come back again.
