Fantastic stay at the Sentido
We have just come back from a family holiday at the Sentido and it was fantastic. A wonderful hotel, so clean. It is a relaxed hotel, but guests at the Sentido can use all of the facilities in the Oasis Reef resort which shares the same space. There are so many pools to choose from and lots of restaurants. We visited the Sentido Buffet restaurant Mo's most of the time and the food was amazing. So much choice and such good quality. All of the staff in the hotel are so helpful. We found a pool with a swim up bar that we used each day and the barman there, Bishoy was fantastic!! He looked after us and all of the guests that visited that pool so well. He was friendly, chatty and built good relationships with the guests and so we'd like to say a special thanks to him!! We would highly recommend this hotel and would most certainly go back.
Absolutely brilliant resort
What a fantastic holiday we had. The staff there are absolutely amazing, they can't do enough for you and are all so friendly and attentive. Particularly Mohamed at the pool/reception bar, and Samir who never had us without a drink. Fathi, Mahmoud and Hany at Mo's were great, and also Rishad who does the BBQ every night at Mo's. They were all so friendly and taught our girls some Egyptian. The hotel itself was lovely and clean, our room was always spotless and the pools were lovely and clean too. The staff at the water slides were great and we rarely had to queue, the girls loved the slides. The bus to the beach was great, and the water was lovely with fish swimming around. The evening entertainment at the piaza bar was good, a live band with a sax and singers that had us up dancing. The only downside was the children's entertainment at night, it was completely set up for Russian and Italian guests and the couple of times we went the woman showed no interest in involving our girls so we left. The food in Mo's and the Italian a la carte was great, as was the pool bar food. Overall a fantastic holiday and we will likely return next year!

Just come back from a two week stay at Sentedio Reef Oasis with my family, and what a great holiday we had.
Our rooms where ideally located overlooking pools, amenities, and close to the reception, perfectly situated for our needs. Room no 1246 abd 1274 on an upper floor.
The rooms are cleaned every day and kept spotless by the hardworking cleaners who work tirelessly during their 12 hour working day. Beds are comfortable and air-conditioning a welcomed break from the 42 degrees heat of the day.
The drinks in the fridge can be replaced by collecting a voucher from reception and taking it a short walk to the drinks shop at the back of the Italian restaurant, this is offered free of charge.
There are so many swimming pools to choose from and to suite everyone's needs, children and adults alike, and there was no rush to find sunbeds, all pools are attended by diligent and friendly life guards. There was no shortage of clean towels and pool water fresh and crystal clear.
If you prefer the beach, there is a constant shuttle bus taking you down and back, we never had to wait long. Note, make sure you go to the Sentido beach, which is to the left on the front, this part of the beach is far better than the Reef Oasis beach and you have a dedicated bar.
The Italian restaurant is the best experience we had, good choice and great service, we booked it 4 times during our stay, there is also a grill and Indian speciality restaurants you can select are are part of the AI package.
Mo's buffet restaurant is typical of any all inclusive hotel with good choices. There are another two buffet restaurants to choose from on the resort, which again are typically found elsewhere, the difference being the atmosphere.
There are so many bars around the resort, all serviced by friendly and dedicated staff who work hard to please.
The reception and customer relations staff are also dedicated to making your stay the best it can be and always have greeting smiles for you. We had a minor problem with a light bulb flashing which was was dealt within less than a hour of reporting.
The gardens are kept emaculate and tendered by an army of gardener's.

A brilliant hotel, thank you to all the dedicated staff for making our stay such a great experience. I'm sure we will be back sometime in the future.
We had a great stay at Sentido :)
We had an amazing time here at Sentido. The facilities are very well maintained and well kept. The gardens all around are in immaculate condition and so are all the pools. The staff were cleaning everything all around the clock. Food was amazing too. We ate almost exclusively at Mo's (The buffet restaurant) and were amazed everyday. They had s great variety of food; so there's always something for everyone. Apart from that the staff were incredibly friendly and open. They always fullfilled all our desires without us even asking. The animation program was also fun, although a lot of it was russian due to the high number of russian guests. The beach is also incredible. There's a huge reef to explore with an amazing underwater world. And if you didn't bring snorkeling or diving gear there's also the option to rent it right at the beach. The bars were also great. We especially recommend the 24h Blue Bar. It's barkeeper Wa Teed (picture below) was a really funny lovely guy and always checked in on us and made sure we had everything. He also noticed that we are leaving and wanted to say goodbye and thanked us for our stay. Great guy! So all in all we really enjoyed our trip and will definitely come again. We'd recommend it to everyone.
Amazing stay
Stayed here with my husband for 2weeks we had an amazing time. The hotel is very relaxing and the staff can not do enough for you. The buffet restaurant was excellent and so was the Italian food and service was amazing. Have to mention some of the staff that went above and beyond Mohamed from the buffet restaurant, mahmoud who was manager at the entertainment bar, Mohamed that was bar man at the adult pool and Mustafa that is the pool guy at the adult pool. Not forgetting the person in charge of the Italian unfortunately can’t remember his name. We will definitely return in the future and recommend to others ! Many thanks for everyone’s hard work!
