The hotel is situated close to a coral beach in Ras Om El Sid, 1 km from the centre of Sharm El Sheikh and 20 km from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.and 03 km to the hotel beach
The hotel is built in a combination of modern and classic styles. It is air-conditioned and comprises a total of 114 lodgings. Facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe and a currency exchange facility. There is also a small supermarket on site, as well as a bar and a restaurant. The hotel offers guests excellent laundry and valet services and there is a bookshop and a jeweller. Free parking and a shuttle service to the hotel beach are also available.
The rooms are equipped with everything a guest might need, including an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning, a satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace. Either a king-size or a double bed comes as standard and all apartments are equipped with mini fridge. The heating and air conditioning are individually adjustable.
There are sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use on the local beach. The hotel has its own unique heated jacuzzi pool , aqua park with 6 slides ( 3 for adult & 3 for children )Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use.

How any travel operator can offer this as an all inclusive refurbished hotel is beyond me- it ruined what should have been a much longed for (and expensive ) family holiday. It’s basic, scruffy, dirty and not all inclusive- very basics are included but everything else from water to the snack bar and beer is chargeable. The WiFi, even the ‘fast chargeable option’ is really poor, the pool area is littered with rubbish in the plants and cigarettes ends and overflowing ashtrays everywhere. In the pool bar area where drinks are served it’s filthy. The pool edging is broken and dangerous, the sunbeds and cushions are old and mainly damaged and the pool & table tennis tables- both split and broken and they charge for the privilege of attempting to play on them, The ‘aqua park’ is a small 2nd pool with 4 small chutes and 3 slightly larger- 2 days out of our 3 day stay only 1 of the larger ones was working with a trickle of water. The rooms are a decent size but really dated with old poor fittings including ill fitting doors, dirty showers and scruffy furnishings. I only ate once in the restaurant as again the surroundings etc were pretty grim and unfortunately ended up with an upset stomach. We ate out the other 2 nights we were there as the food at tivoli was to us inedible and we didn’t want to risk getting ill. After trying to communicate with our booking agent to get moved, Tivoli agreed to only charge for the 4 nights we had stayed and I had to pay to book another hotel via booking .com to salvage our holiday and deal with the complaint when I returned to the uk. There were about 4 other English groups at the hotel, all with the same thoughts and dissatisfaction- raising their own complaints with their tour operators. This hotel should not be advertised as suitable for holiday accommodation for so many reasons. It was not a budget price optionand we expected acceptable accomodation, food and facilities which were absolutely not available. This is totally misadvertised and despite multiple complaints is still being promoted by multiple tour operators!

Our stay at Tivoli Hotel was absolutely amazing, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel so welcome and at home. A very special thank you to our incredible housekeeper, Mazen, who made every day extra fun with our little "towel war." We kept surprising each other with funny towel creations in our room, and it became one of our favorite memories from the holiday! A huge thank you as well to Salah and Muhamed in the restaurant. Your service was always outstanding, with warm smiles and genuine kindness every single day. You made every meal a pleasure. To Muhmed and Sharks from the animation team, thank you for bringing so much energy, laughter, and happiness to our vacation. Your enthusiasm made every day more enjoyable. And thank you to Adam in the supermarket for your kindness and generosity. Your friendly personality never went unnoticed, and it truly made a difference. Finally, thank you to everyone else working at Tivoli Hotel. Every member of the staff contributed to making our holiday so special. We are leaving with wonderful memories, new friendships, and hearts full of gratitude. You will all be truly missed, and we hope to see you again one day. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
