Unforgettable! Amazing stay once again.
Special thanks to the housekeeping team for my room, always so kind and precise.
And my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Khaled Hashem from the pool team. I met him already in June at the small pool, now he is at the big pool and he is outstanding. Always smiling, very attentive to every guest, a very hard worker. Always available and so kind to everyone. A guy like him really deserves more, he makes the difference and he is the true added value of this resort. I will definitely come back. Thank you all and thank you Khaled!

The hotel was a little dated in areas and the rooms could do with an overhaul. The beds were a good size, comfortable and the linen / towels were spotless. A few more plug sockets in rooms would be helpful. The staff are very friendly and couldn't do more to help. The food was pretty average and the main dining area / buffet was a bun fight at mealtimes. People pushing in and taking whole pizzas etc. The a la carte restaurants and Tex Mex were quieter and a more pleasant experience but the food was still average. The all inclusive beer wasn't great either but spirits and cocktails were fine. There are several pools to choose from and the main one has a swim up bar. The main pool has entertainment and music blaring out from 10am to around 7pm so be aware of this if you get a room near to the pool and want a lie in. Naama Bay strip is a 10 minute walk with various shops and restaurants plus a Hard Rock, McDonald's, KFC and Burger King if you don't like to experiment with food. All in all, an enjoyable holiday but hotel is probably a 3 star in reality. Weather was 37 - 40 degrees in September.

Great pools, Good food and entertainment, Decent all round
Great location and our room was very nice (deluxe - we got a free upgrade). Great value for the money we spent as we got it for on a deal. No issues with food although the restaurant can get packed and got full a couple times even not during peak season so can see how it would be a bit hectic. Overall a clean place - isn’t as modern looking as it once was but well looked after. Overall service was good but just a few issues - a lot of the bar and waiting staff straight up ignored us because we were a young couple (both 21) and sometimes wouldn’t take our orders all together without asking a few times. Although they seem to be the exception, not the rule as all the lifeguards and other staff members were delightful.. especially the cleaner that tended to our room - we didn’t catch his name but he even came and thanked us in reception after we’d checked out! At lunch the pasta guy was great but the evening dinner one wasn’t and let people cut in line and served basically who he wanted to. One of the days we left a tshirt by the pool and forgot about it, the lifeguards were really kind and helpful and let us know the following day and we got it from reception. However it took over an hour and a half for the tshirt to come from wherever it was to reception. We waited half an hour then had breakfast and it still wasn’t ready after. We also did a day trip to Ras Muhammad which was great but with an external company. When we asked the taxis at reception for the same trip they asked for 160 euros!! (We paid 60) and they made up 20 euro fees. Seems abit scammy. There is also a rule in place to not hold beds (good, we even saw someone get their stuff taken off and moved which was great to see). However, some lifeguards put towels out early in the morning and ask for tips for some family’s to have the beds. Overall though the pools were all great and well kept and clean - we never struggled for a bed at any day or time but it was clearly quieter than normal. Overall it was a nice 7 days, the beach was packed but nice and a simple walk across the road. Evening entertainment was good but sometimes was repetitive - we heard from another couple it had improved since last year. Make sure you double check at reception what’s included because you may have perks to use at the other resort.

We had a great stay at JAZ Sharm Dreams. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of pools and activities to enjoy. The aquapark was a great bonus, and the beach is very close. The food was varied and tasty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended! 😊
