Disappointing..
Unfortunately we found the overall standard far below what we expected. Some of the staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful. Communication was difficult, and requests were often handled with little interest. The overall service was slow and lacked professionalism. We often felt that guests were treated more as an inconvenience than as customers. Animation team … This was one of the biggest disappointments. The animation team was unfriendly. Instead of making guests feel welcome and entertained, their attitude often felt dismissive and uncomfortable. A hotel animation team should create a positive atmosphere, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
Overall, we would not recommend Marina Sharm based on our experience. There are many areas that need serious improvement! Specially the animation .
