Very relaxing, enjoyable and excellent vacation, many thanks to Mr Sayed, Hani, George, Cherif, Mohamad and all the staff and special thanks to all the housekeepers specially in villa1 I only give the open buffet a rate of 6/10
Nail appointment
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I had booked my appointment for 4:30 and agreed on $35 the day before. When I arrived, the woman there was extremely rude speaking on the phone , barely greeted me, and then I was told the person I booked with wasn’t available and that the price would suddenly be €70.
It’s not about the price, it’s about the attitude, the lack of communication, and the way I was treated as a client. This is simply not professional. I wouldn’t advise anyone to come to this nail place , you will be surprised with different prices on the spot !
Great beach and helpful staff
With it's price range, the hotel was excellent. The staff was helpful and did their best to acommodate us. Ali at the reception was really helpful, took great care of us and made us feel home. Beach no.1 was amazing, you don't have to book an extra tour to explore red sea underwater life. You can do it in this hotel for free, just with a snorkel. The food was ok, can't say 10/10, restaurant was a little small, and buffets could not handle the crowd. Needs a bigger restaurant. All around, staff really give their best to make this hotel live up to Mövenpick and Accor name.

Horrible experience!!
DO NOT GO THERE! By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
I’m honestly shocked that this is even a Mövenpick hotel. I expected a completely different standard from a brand like Mövenpick.
The hotel is extremely understaffed, and it shows in everything: terrible service, poor hygiene, and very low-quality food. The hygiene was honestly disgusting. The restaurant toilets on both sides were shocking, they looked and smelled like public toilets. Even the rooms were far from clean. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks, everything is so smelly and the bedsheets weren’t changed unless I specifically asked room service to do it.
I stayed for 5 nights, and the poor standards were consistent throughout my entire stay. The staff seemed extremely stressed and overwhelmed, which unfortunately resulted in very unfriendly service.
The ONLY positive thing is the location of the hotel on the sea and the beautiful corals. But beautiful corals cannot make up for disgusting hygiene, dirty rooms, bad food, and terrible service. I would never come back.

Very beautiful place. The views are amazing, staff very helpful and friendly from day 1. Eman in liwa restaurant was helping us and she was very friendly. Sure will come back again.
