Stolen money from closed safe ...Movenpick is mafia
Very bad feeling after this hotel... old room with ants everywhere... if you want make your vacation is disappointing and disgusting you need to go to Movenpick... don't recommend really! In our old room liquid water in toilet and with old tap , conditioner was very old and noise too. But it's not all ... in our closed safe stolen money !!!! In the last day our vacation before flight ✈️ to home ,somebody stolen money -600$... not all amount that we had ( I think it was in the last night specially- that we didn't see it ((( I'm very upset 😒 😤 it's money not easy to earn ...I called to police, but police eaten in the Movenpick very good and only laughing when I had been crying and really needed help ... Police with guide said me call again to police and said that all resolved- if you don't call you must be leave here and going to prosecutor's office ...and you lost your flight tickets and will be buy again tickets by your money... Please peoples don't waste your time on this horrible hotel because working mafia is here !!! I can't be surprised if police working together with this hotel stuff and cover up crimes

Movenpick is a very disgusting and bad hotel , never back to Egypt because of this sinister hotel !people don’t go to this horrible and laying hotel … 1 day ago I posted true information about stolen money by mafia movenpick hotel , I have video where police and staff hotel had conversations with me about this incident!!! but hotel wrote they didn’t… it’s very gridding and very disappointing me … don’t recommended this hotel to nobody, because there you don’t get true and they can stolen your money in the last day , people please 100 times to think before go to this place ! We had a very bad feelings and ruined vacation …

Absolutely one of the best massage experiences we’ve ever had! The massage was incredibly professional, relaxing, and tailored to our needs. The therapist was highly skilled, making us feel comfortable from start to finish. We left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and completely relaxed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly professional massage experience!

The location is amazing, and the food is excellent. The staff in the restaurants and around the resort are incredibly supportive and always go above and beyond to help. The beaches and pools are beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained.
Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was disappointing. I called twice to request hand soap, and both times I was told that someone would send it, but nothing was delivered. They also take an extremely long time to respond to requests, and I’m not sure why.
The air conditioning also needed several repairs. A technician had to come to our room three times before the issue was resolved.
Upon our arrival, we were initially given a room that strongly smelled of cigarette smoke. Since we were traveling with a child, the environment was not suitable, and we ended up spending nearly half of our first day waiting to be moved to a clean room.
One other downside is that there were very few activities for children. We were also expecting more of a fun summer atmosphere with music and entertainment, but that was missing.
Overall, the resort has a fantastic location, excellent food, and wonderful staff outside of reception. However, the poor service at reception and the issues we experienced upon arrival significantly affected our stay.
