A magical week
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also very convenient. Everything was well organized, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again! Thank u so much for Alaa and Omar and Amir

Very nice hotel and very nice staff always helpfull and supporting and nice Beach with a beatiful view and the food is so delicius i would like to mention some amazing people like me Ibrahim the hotel manager and mr Mohamed Reception manager and Momen at Reception they are so nice and helped us since the moment we arrived here. Amazing staff and service. Every one especially the reception staff Moamen and the Resturant staff have been very attentive and welcoming. Looked after every little need and nothing has been too much for them. They all made our stay worth while and I would recommend staying here if you want an outstanding experience.

Moamen the receptionist is amazing! Took care of our every need and was so nice, the restaurant staff are some of the best I have encountered and the house keepers are just a delight! Would highly recommend this hotel not just for the amenities but particularly for the staff and hospitality.

We had a fantastic experience at JAZ Neo Sharm El Sheikh, and what made it truly memorable was the outstanding team and the genuine hospitality we encountered throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the overall setting is peaceful and inviting. Above all, however, it was the people who made the greatest impression. Special recognition goes to Mohammed the Manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and thoughtful attention ensured that everything ran smoothly. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly evident. A big thank you to Alaa, Omar, Alessia ,Ro and Alina,Each of you played an important part in creating such a memorable experience. Your warm smiles, helpful attitude, courtesy, and positive energy were greatly appreciated. You made us feel like valued guests and welcomed friends rather than simply visitors. It is uncommon to find such a consistently attentive, respectful, and cheerful team. The staff are undoubtedly one of the hotel’s greatest strengths.
