I have had 10 days at the Swiss Hotel, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Hotel is spotless, I’ve had an upgrade in my room which was well worth it and absolutely beautiful is stunning. Views the pool and very quiet as I was foreign enough away from the stage and the entertainment if I went to bed early at night. In the hotel, the staff are extremely friendly, polite and super helpful. I’m a female travelling on my own, so this made me feel very safe and that times treated like a princess specially by the amazing pool Bar team - Ahmed & Emile, they couldn’t do enough for me, made my stay here so memorable. A big shout out to the lifeguard team that I saw mostly during my stay… Again super helpful & friendly.

Pretty good
The territory and the rooms are great, pretty clean, except the towels and bed sheets, some of them are worn out. The location is great, the sea is in a 10 min walk or 3 min ride. The beach is clean, enough space for everyone. There is a place for adults only, so you can relax in silence. The only thing I didn really like is food, it’s just not for my taste. The taste of almost everything is too flat and the food is too greasy. Except for the bakery and sweets. They were always great.

Hotel amazing. Spacious and very clean. Everyone so nice and remener you very well. Cleaners for rooms so attentive. The food is lovely and themed. Great selection of a-la Carte. The breakfast buffet and drinks so nice. Great situation to Namma Bay and amenities etc.

Really relaxing week, great staff
We have just had a week’s vacation at the Swissotel. It’s a lovely hotel, very clean. Staff have been friendly and service is excellent. Nada in particular was only a WhatsApp message away and was very helpful and responsive. Any questions or issues you can contact the staff and it immediately gets sorted for you. The food in the à la carte restaurants was lovely and was easy to book. The staff in the buffet restaurant were brilliant too, friendly and remembered exactly what we liked and wanted every day. Our room was on the quieter, adult side and we enjoyed a lovely swim up room. The aqua park was a highlight, clean and well maintained and never had to queue for a slide. We also enjoyed the gym, while small it was well equipped.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above and Beyond Service
A massive thank you to Ahmed and Islam for going above and beyond to help us find my partner’s lost sunglasses. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and made a real effort to track them down for us.
