Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland Resort

As our holiday at Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland comes to an end, I thought I’d share an honest and balanced review of our experience.

Overall, we’ve had a good stay and there are definitely some positives. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff work incredibly hard throughout the day to keep everything clean and tidy, which really contributes to the overall experience. The family suite we had was excellent. The housekeeping staff always went above and beyond to make sure everything was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. They also made such a lovely effort with the little touches, including leaving us plenty of bottled water and creating adorable towel animals, which really made us feel welcomed and well looked after.

The food has been very good, with a decent variety available. The hotel is quite strict about food not being taken out of the restaurant, although there is a snack bar available for an hour in the morning and another hour in the afternoon, which is a useful alternative. Also, be aware that if you’re staying in the Premier section of the hotel, it’s a bit of a walk to get to the food options, as there aren’t really any places to eat near those rooms, pools and water park.

Another awareness and with many resorts, be prepared for the usual “sunbed wars”! This was a bit of a shame, as when we first arrived, we were waking up around 9:30am and there seemed to be plenty of sunbeds available. However, as the holiday went on, it became increasingly difficult to find a sunbed, particularly in the more popular areas.

There are lots of different pools, which is great as it gives guests plenty of options depending on whether you want a quieter area or somewhere more social. The animation team are friendly and enthusiastic, but I do feel the entertainment programme could be improved. Most of the activities seem to take place around what is referred to as the main pool, with only occasional activities around the other pools. It would be nice to see the entertainment team make more of an effort to involve guests across all areas of the hotel, rather than concentrating mainly on one pool.

One thing worth mentioning is that we noticed the animation team approaching guests and asking them to leave hotel reviews, with an offer to write the review for them. We personally witnessed this with two families we got to know during our stay. While I’m sure this is intended to be helpful, I do think guests should be encouraged to write their own reviews in their own words so that reviews genuinely reflect their individual experiences.

The bar and restaurant staff have been a real highlight. They work extremely hard all day and consistently do their best to make guests feel welcome and enjoy their holiday. Their effort and attitude really deserve recognition.

Our experience with Guest Relations has been more mixed. Some members of the team, particularly Alicia, have been excellent and very helpful. However, we also experienced a few occasions where staff came across as quite rude or abrupt, which unfortunately left us feeling that asking for assistance was more of a hassle than it should have been. This wasn’t the case with everyone, but it did affect our overall impression.

Overall, Xperience Kiroseiz Parkland is a good place to spend a holiday, with some positives as well as some areas that could be improved. Of course, everyone looks for different things from a holiday, so what may be a negative for one person could easily be a positive for another. For us, the hotel has provided a good holiday experience, but there are certainly a few areas where we feel it could improve.

I’ve really enjoyed this holiday along with the rest of my family, i can’t fault it at all the entertainment and enthusiasm has been amazing. Thank you Emz and alice.

For my wife and I what made our holiday, was not the weather nor the food , it was by far the staff . I could name them all but can't remember them all here is for me the stars of the hotel , Gerges dolphin bar the work he does to please everyone is amazing, Michael pool little pocket of fun lol , Mohammed room cleaning always impeccable Ali be proud of him 🙂 and Abdle lifeguard he's always around making sure the kids and adults are ok . Saving my best comment till last , the tattoo staff that are bases at the hotel are amazing Mark and Gerges,if you get that urge look no further than mina sharm tattoo check Instagram, I'm not getting paid for this great review just think the staff deserve it .
