The hotel rooms are honestly not really modern and well kept, so if you need luxury, the resort is not for you. Exterior with pools is nice and comfortable, but it is their stuff that makes the experience. Great and kind people, especially our room cleaner Monsaf, are worth the visit and have made our experience really amazing. Thank you Monsaf!

Average rooms, above average stuff

The hotel surrounding were very nice, the food in main restaurant had variety and very good. 

The room was clean, but needed to be refreshed. the staff were very friendly and on and all the customer services was excellent.

The only issue was a barbecue restaurant that the food was not good in spite of the fact you had to book in advance and it was expected to be higher standard, but it was not.

Nice hotel.

First off this is called a resort and casino . We book this place as it said there was a casino but by the looks of the casino it's not finished yet so was disappointed,  when we asked the staff at reception they did not know when it would be open . 
Our room was lovely , great view. 
Unfortunately the weather was to windy so could not  go snorkeling. On the plus side we went out of the resort and  walked along the road we came across Hardrock Cafe and I feel that road gave me the impression it's gona look like Las Vegas in the future minus the casino. 
The food was OK,  we were there when Ramadam started and the staff/ waiters were grumpy. 
We only spent 2 nights here and I feel that was enough .

Disappointed no Casino

This is my second visit, and I plan to return again this year. The grounds are beautifully maintained.  The food quality is consistently high.  The team is responsive and efficiently addresses any issues. It's an ideal location for relaxation.  The diverse menu offers consistently high-quality food. The beach provides a tranquil setting.  It's the perfect budget-friendly escape.  Excellent entertainment is provided for young people. Fares in the bar was amazing. He remembered me from my previous  visit. The hotel's proximity to the airport ensures swift transfers.  The bar offers exceptional range of drinks.  The bar staff provides personalised service, remembering customer preferences.  All food and beverage staff are friendly and professional.  The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades. It is comforting to know that they are investigating in the hotel. For English speakers who like the sun: you will find it easy to communicate here as most staff understand English.

Highly recommend. Ideal for a relaxing break.

I don’t know how people are leaving great reviews for this place. From the moment we entered the hotel, it was clear that it does not deserve a four-star rating – in fact, not even a one-star. Maybe in 2017 or 2018, it had good reviews, but that is definitely no longer the case.

The reception service was extremely slow and unprofessional, with staff who were not friendly at all. We had an issue with our reservation through Booking, and upon arrival, we discovered that there was no room reserved for us. To have a place to sleep on our first night, we got a room that was in an indescribably filthy condition.
The room was disgusting. There were hairs from previous guests everywhere, old and dusty furniture, and a bathroom in an appalling state – full of mold, an unclean toilet, and a sticky sink covered in hair. I felt disgusted sleeping in that bed because it was clear that proper hygiene was not maintained. We called the manager, who sent an employee to “clean” the room, but all they did was quickly wipe the floor, which changed nothing. This was not the employee’s fault but rather a reflection of the terrible management of the hotel, which clearly does not provide proper working conditions.
On our second night, our reservation issue still hadn’t been resolved. We don’t know if the mistake was on the hotel’s part or the company we booked our package with, but considering how poorly managed this hotel is, we have serious doubts about who was really at fault. This whole experience was a massive headache and a terrible way to start our family vacation.
In the middle of the night, we decided to switch hotels – and it was the best decision we made. This hotel is completely rundown, with no proper structure or cleanliness, no good food, and no good social areas. I would never recommend it to anyone. I have never seen a place this filthy in my life. And just to be clear, this is not the staff’s fault – it’s entirely due to the hotel’s terrible administration.

I would never recommend it to anyone, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The hotel has direct access to the beach at Nabq Bay which is located roughly 50 m away. El Khan Market is around 100 m away and the town centre of Naama Bay can be reached in around 15 minutes by car. The hotel is situated 9 km from Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport. Built in 2007, this air-conditioned complex offers 286 deluxe rooms and 12 Executive Suites. The guestrooms are tastefully furnished in a resort style, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment. All standard rooms have balconies or terraces and most rooms enjoy a sea view. Guests can benefit from a variety of facilities, including a car park, Internet access and a children's playground. The hotel also offers a range of recreational facilities, SPA treatments and organized activity programmes.
