We had a wonderful stay at Amwaj Oyoun Resort. The hotel gardens are absolutely beautiful and well-kept. The private beach is fantastic, and the coral reef nearby is perfect for snorkeling! The pools and the aqua park were a big hit for us. The food selection at the main restaurant was great, and we always found something delicious. A special thanks to Abd El Sattsar in the restaurant for his excellent service, and to the animation team and the reception staff for being so helpful and friendly. We would love to come back!
An Unforgettable Stay at Hotel Amwaj
We had another wonderful stay at Hotel Amwaj, and once again, the staff exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly, polite, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
A special thank you to Reception Manager Amr, Mohammed, Doaa and the entire reception team. We had an issue with our room, and they handled it professionally and efficiently, making sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Their kindness and excellent customer service made a real difference.
We would also like to thank Restaurant Manager Mohammed and breakfast chef Mohammed at the ground-floor restaurant. Every morning, they welcomed us with big smiles and served us fantastic food. From breakfast through to dinner, the quality of the food and the service was excellent. They genuinely made us look forward to starting each day and always put a smile on our faces.
Another special mention goes to Mohammed, the pizza chef, whose food and service were fantastic. We really appreciated his hard work and the delicious pizzas.
At the upstairs restaurant, Mohamed Gabr deserves a special thank you. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy and chaotic during dinner time, he always made sure to find us a table and looked after us. His effort and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
To everyone at Hotel Amwaj, thank you for making our stay so memorable. Your kindness, professionalism and warm hospitality are what make this hotel special.
This was our third stay, and we can proudly say that we are already looking forward to coming back for a fourth time! ❤️
