Set in Nabaq Bay in Sharm El Sheikh, this resort offers its own water park and easy access to the private sandy beach. Guests can take dive classes at the diving centre, play tennis on the onsite tennis court, or sunbathe on the beach. Parents can enjoy some time to themselves by the adults-only pool as children are entertained in the kids club with an energetic animation programme or with a private babysitter. Children will also love the extensive waterpark with playground and children's wading pool. The resort provides spacious family rooms and suites as well as standard double rooms, all air-conditioned and balcony or terrace so that guests can enjoy the warm, sunny climate. Guests can enjoy buffet-style meals and dine on delicious Italian food in the a la carte restaurant. The perfect place for a fun-filled family holiday.

Very good hotel and facilities
Travelled here on the 17th-28th July.
Hotel location was very good. Short transfer from airport and close to activities and evenings out. (Soho square, Old market, swimming with dolphins and glass bottom boat).
Atmosphere in the hotel was good also, staff always seemed happy and wasn’t overly busy.
Rooms were very spacious, air con was brilliant and cleaned every day.
Overall we loved our stay here although food got a bit predictable by end of the holiday.
Big shoutout to all the staff here, but a special mention to a few in particular:
Alaa who worked in the Mexican restaurant was always so helpful, polite and happy.
Majed who worked in the main pool bar kept us hydrated through the day.
Omar who worked in the aqua park bar who was always so happy and equally kept us hydrated!
Abanoub who worked as a lifeguard in the main pool was amazing with the kids.
Mohammed who worked in the main restaurant went above and beyond at times.
One of the best experience
"We had one of the absolute best experiences in Egypt! The hotel was spot on and very clean, and the food was awesome with a wonderful variety of different dishes every single day. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and I especially want to mention our waiter, Mr. Ahmad Salah—he was always so kind and had a big smile on his face—as well as Chef Mohamed, who was equally warm and welcoming. The daily entertainment really made our holiday unforgettable. We loved it so much that we are already looking forward to visiting again soon!"

Amazing
We had an amazing time with our family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the variety of slides and pool areas, staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. A particular staff member stood out for us, Mohammed daif. Every morning, without fail when we entered the restaurant for breakfast he was there to greet us and was very quick to provide us with any drinks we wanted and always went to extra measures to make our meal times comfortable. Would definitely come here again and thank you to the staff for making it such a happy place and making us feel welcome, always 🙂
Very bad experience
We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The service was simply unacceptable. Every time we asked for assistance, the staff either ignored us or failed to provide a proper solution. Customer service was practically nonexistent.
The food was one of the biggest disappointments. The selection was very limited and repetitive, with the same dishes being served over and over again. For an all-inclusive hotel, it is unbelievable that guests can actually feel hungry because of the lack of variety and poor quality. The drink selection was also extremely limited and far below what should be expected from an all-inclusive resort.
The dining room was overcrowded at every meal. The queues were unbelievably long, and we had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get an omelet. Instead of enjoying our vacation, every meal became a frustrating and exhausting experience.
Overall, this hotel is not equipped to handle the number of guests it accepts. Poor service, disappointing food, endless queues, and a lack of attention to guests made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Unfortunately, we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone
