We enjoyed our week at the hotel. It was nice , clean, yummy food. Great staff they are so familiar and always helping the guest. We wank to say a big thank you for the following employees : Mohamad el Deif & Mahmoud Hamdi(waiters @ the main restaurant)Mr Milad $ captain Omar (#the aqua park bar) u really made our stay unforgettable with ur nice smile, helpful minds & caring personalities.

The Egyptianβs are great people 2nd time staying here They have everything you need for a great holiday so clean everywhere 10-15 mins from the airport All of the staff at this hotel are beyond helpful Ahmed the room cleaner was amazing Nady the bar man was such a nice guy The life guards keep the kids safe and Mustafa and Abdulla which I think are managers will solve any issues you have with anything The whole hotel is locked down in a way that kids canβt get out and no one off the street can get in Thereβs a bbq every night at the main restaurant and the on site Indian restaurant is really nice I would recommend this hotel to anyone
A wonderful holiday with Exceptional Service
We had a lovely 9-night stay at the hotel and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and there was always plenty to do, so we never felt bored. There were lots of activities and things to enjoy throughout our stay.
The hotel is in a great location, conveniently close to shopping areas, which made it really easy to pop out for a wander, browse the shops or pick up anything we needed.
Our room was always kept lovely and clean, with regular housekeeping and everything well looked after. It was great coming back to a clean and comfortable room after a day out enjoying everything the hotel and surrounding area had to offer.
A special thank you and recognition to Ahmed Salah, Mohamed Daif, and Hany (the pool bar man). These guys worked incredibly hard throughout our stay and were always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They looked after us so well that we hardly had to go to the bar ourselves β we were always being looked after and served with a smile! Their excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable. They are a credit to the hotel and deserve to be recognised for their hard work and fantastic customer service. Thank you, Ahmed, Mohamed and Hany, for making our holiday extra special! π΄βοΈπΉ

The most fun holiday I've ever had
We stayed at the hotel for 6 people for 5 nights, the location of the hotel is very nice, 5 minutes away from the airport. The reception at the entrance was very caring and friendly. Our rooms were spacious and very clean, I felt at home. Waiters are very good at their jobs. The dishes in the open buffet are very varied and delicious, I think I may have gained weight. I wanted to bring food to my house, the food was so good. I loved the animation team and shows the most. We were never bored and had a lot of fun. The entire animation team was very sweet, energetic, smiling and sympathetic. Especially Katusha and Lela were my favorite animators. I will come again next year, I hope the whole team will be there. I definitely recommend it.

Perfect is An understatement! Fast wifi, great location to airport, and the rooms was cleaned and excellent. Definitely recommend for holiday trips!
