Great time away
Had a brilliant 10 days away We had 2 birthdays whilst out here 21st and 45th the staff were great had cakes and decorations in the room staff were all very polite and helpful nothing was ever any hassle. Hotel and facilities were brilliant can’t fault it clean and tidy ground well maintained only thing could fault would be lack of variety for alcoholic drinks.

Our stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista was truly phenomenal from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations, and we left with so many beautiful memories.
The resort itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, spacious, clean, and surrounded by gorgeous pools, greenery, and beautiful views. Every area is very well maintained, and you can immediately feel that a lot of attention is given to the guests’ comfort and experience.
The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and we especially appreciated the quality and freshness.
But what truly made our stay special was the service. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to (Kareem our HK, Reda lifeguard, Marcelo for his charismatic, Helena, Olha, Ahmad (Ninja). Their genuine smiles and willingness to help made us feel truly valued as guests. ❤️
There was a wonderful atmosphere throughout the resort — relaxing, warm, and enjoyable. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, having a meal, or simply walking around the beautiful property, everything felt special.
