Lovely hotel staff can’t do enough for you and a big thank you to our room cleaner who was fantastic. Not only did he clean our room he made animals out of the towels everyday for the kids and was more than happy to help with anything else not just cleaning our room. Thank you very much Hazem Mohamed. Staff are amazing

Just came back from sharm . My stay at albatross royal moderna was amazing. Great service and delicious food, spacious swimming pools and great location on the sea . I would like to send my special thanks to Mr mohamed salmon receptionist supervisor for his great effort to accommodate us .

A special thanks to Mohamed Salman at reception for being welcoming, and for the out of the world hospitality throughout our stay. Ahmed Fathy at reception was also very professional, always ready to assist and going the extra mile with a smile. A big thank you as well to Khamis from the facility/room team for always making sure everything was taken care of and that we didn’t need to ask for anything. His attention to detail and care were truly appreciated. Overall, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Great job to the whole team - we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!
