Give this place a wide swerve
OMG... where do I start!! On arrival we were welcomed at reception nothing unusual in that the reception area was underwelming not really attractive buy hey it does what it says on the can.
We were picked up and delivered to a block of apartments the first thing we saw was an old bed and mattress along with various other pieces of furniture propped up on the out side of the entrance!!!!! What the eck this did not bode well! The room was on the 3rd floor no lifts by the way the poor porter dragging our cases up to the top of a very run down I want to say block of flats. Oh I forgot to mention we passed on the way to said room dirty plates with food on them piles of glasses again dirty prams in the corridors and even a cot! Now remember this was about 11:30 at night so you would have thought house keeping would have been round? I took photos of all the offending items. The room was not like the rooms on the website infact we looked again to make sure we were not mistaken we didn't unpack and went to reception to ask to be moved not a great start. The buffet is more like a canteen smash and grab its total chaos!! Free for all elbows out when attending but we could always find something to eat!! But not always somewhere to sit. The entertainment is none existent so don't bring your fancy outfits. The staff are fine and hardworking the majority have a smile for you except the guy who dishes out the melon he needs a new job. You can't fault the weather and we've found a safe space down by the beach 3 sleeps to go till we head back home but who's counting... you have been warned ⚠️

We stayed in room 3154 and want to express my special gratitude to Mohamed. He is such a hardworking, polite, positive and humble young guy who made sure our room was always spotless and pleasantly surprised us with cute towel art every day. 🌸
Also, I want to thank the whole staff, starting from the gardeners to the security guards. They are such hardworking people! Even under such intense heat, they never stop working and are always ready to smile. P.S. I wish they were paid properly, as they are doing an enormous job.
