Very good service. Hotel was very clean. Very clean rooms. We were happy. We would return for sure.

Arrived on the 26th July 2026 with my family of 5, we checked in about 11pm and was taken to our 2 rooms , me and my daughter was in one room and my girlfriend and her two children were in the room opposite. First impression of the room , was basic and OUTDATED. The shower was a step in bath, the bath tub had stains on it near the plug hole, did not look clean at all. The bed was so uncomfortable, had the worst night sleep ever, the 1st morning there , I went straight to reception to complain about my bed , I said I want a new mattress, the man behind reception said they will sort that out straight away. All they done was put a mattress topper on the mattress, the mattress was still hard , went back to reception to complain , man behind reception got on the phone again. Went back to my room the following night , checked my bed, it was still solid, lifted the sheets , found 6 mattresses toppers , this was totally unacceptable, after 3 nights of sleeping on a solid bed my back was in agony, after complaining again they finally changed the mattress, which they swapped from another room that was empty. All the reception staff I found very rude and not helpful THE FREE WIFI as advertised does not work so you have to pay for it, the guys who sort out the WiFi are extremely rude. The food in the restaurant is repetitive, basically the same every day , the drink stations in the restaurants , kept running out of glasses. The swimming pool near the main restaurant was dirty , was always a film of scum floating round the edges of the pool, absolutely disgusting. The bar staff do not understand much English AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A COCKTAIL, we asked for a cocktail menu because there is no menus anywhere of the drinks on offer, after finally finding a menu, we asked for regency dream, which is there own cocktail, they STILL made it wrong, absolutely useless. The evening entertainment is rubbish and that’s being polite. The best thing about this hotel was the beach, the Red Sea was beautiful, so much marine life. Try not to let this 5 star hotel (which is more like 3 star at best) put you off visiting Egypt, me and my family will definitely be coming back to Egypt but definitely not to this hotel.
