Santorini restaurant
Great experience at Santorini restaurant this evening. Feres provided great service throughout. Would definitely reccommend
Good hotel, great location, needs tiny adjustments
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location and hotel is excellent. The grounds are amazing - shout-out to the landscapers and gardeners.
The food is good and lots of lovely BBQs everyday.
The rooms are good and the place is really clean.
The bars are amazing and the staff at the bars are very professional and friendly.
I highly recommend the hotel.
Cabana type sunbeds at the middle pool get taken quickly but remain unused for several hours. The staff don't do anything about this, even though they have a policy where if the sunbeds are unused for more than an hour, then they can remove the towels so others can use them.

We were fortunate to have Essam taking care of our room throughout our entire stay, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better housekeeping attendant.
Essam was always incredibly friendly, reliable and attentive. No matter what we needed, he was there almost immediately and always with a smile. He thought of everything and made sure our room was spotless every single day.
One detail we especially appreciated was that our pool towels were always ready for us in advance, making every morning completely stress free. It was these small details that made such a big difference.
Essam truly went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His dedication, kindness and professionalism are outstanding and he is a real asset to the Steigenberger Alcazar.
We can highly recommend both this wonderful hotel and Essam. He played a big part in making our holiday unforgettable, and we sincerely hope to see him again when we return.

Best hotel
Very clean and beautiful hotel which is well kept and staff very friendly, wide range of food variety and was not overcrowded
Great experience
We used to go to Rixos adults only; this time we wanted to change and we were not disappointed. The resort is very well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. Food is always good.
We have specials thanks to Mr Sherif Salem, the Soreyha and Hama restaurants manager and his staff (Montasser, always present for us and very friendly)
Thanks to Hamdy the life guard who welcomed us every morning.
We are so happy we plan to come back again.
