Wonderful Stay definitely come back
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we truly want to thank the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. A very special thank you to Mr. Mustafa Tawab for his outstanding hospitality, continuous support, and genuine care and attention throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that every detail was taken care of. His kindness and professionalism truly made our experience even more special. We would also like to thank all the staff, from the reception team to the housekeeping and cleaning staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It is rare to find such a wonderful team that genuinely cares about its guests. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.
What an amazing place
Just sat in the lobby waiting for my transfer back to the airport and reflecting on a fantastic 7 day break. Firstly the staff here are second to none. There is literally nothing they wouldn’t do for you. Shout out to Ahmed at the pool bar who took care of us. The life guards, housekeeping, restaurant staff, literally everyone was amazing and we thank them. The rooms are clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, I honestly couldn’t fault the rooms, service or grounds. It’s perfect.
If there was any criticism I have, it’s to do with the food. It was very repetitive and even at the à la carte restaurants, we didn’t feel there was much variety and taking to other, guests there was a general feeling that options were often dry/overcooked at times. We did mention this to a guest relations person who was walking around asking for feedback.
That’s my only negative of this place. It’s honestly an amazing place and management should be proud of their teams who look after guests and make them feel welcome at every turn.
Would I go back? Absolutely.

Hotel for adults was good. Service was fine and especially for the people in the bar and at the reception. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended. Thanks to Moamen and Ghoneim.
Amazing anniversary experience
A lovely experience staying at Cleopatra adults only with my partner for our wedding anniversary! The staff are there for anything you like and they make no mistakes… no request is too much for them to fulfill!! The asian restaurant was amazing serving tasty food and the cleanliness was extraordinary. The entertainment team were great too always completing daily activities and there to entertain you and talk to you from morning to night. My first time staying here and already looking for 2027.
