The Cleopatra Luxury Resort

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10-night stay at this resort and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel grounds were beautiful and very well maintained, and our swim-up pool room made the experience even more special. A special mention goes to Ahmed and Mohammed from the English Pub. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely gentlemen who helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The pool bar team were also fantastic throughout our visit. The only minor drawbacks, and certainly not deal-breakers, were that the evening food selection could have offered a little more variety, and although the animation team were very enthusiastic, the evening shows didn’t quite meet our expectations. We’ve visited Sharm four times before and have never experienced issues with mosquito bites, but unfortunately we did during this stay, as did several other guests we spoke to. It may be beneficial for the hotel to increase fumigation of the grounds or provide additional mosquito deterrents. Despite these small points, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return. In fact, we’re already hoping to come back next year! 🤞🏻

Hosny was great at the pool bar would always come round with more drinks even had our first order ready for us in the morning when we came to our sunbeds! We had the best time at the resort, food was great and everyone was friendly and helpful! Always able to get a sunbed without any hassle which was ideal! Rooms are always kept clean and facilities around the resort were spotless!! Could not recommend this hotel enough, would definitely come back! 😁
