We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! ❤️ Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the entire area is very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The food was delicious, fresh, and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from. The swimming pools were very clean and well maintained. Our room was also clean, comfortable, and nicely taken care of. The staff were very friendly, polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our holiday. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back again!

An Amazing Family Holiday at Albatros Palace Sharm ❤️
We recently spent a family holiday at Albatros Palace Sharm, and honestly, it was an amazing experience from beginning to end.
What impressed us most was the overall level of service. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help, with a genuine smile. You could really feel that everyone cared about making guests happy.
The food and beverage experience was excellent. There was a great variety of food and restaurants, with something for everyone. The quality, choice and presentation were impressive, and the different bars around the resort made it easy to enjoy a drink, coffee or simply relax with the family.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well maintained, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. Everything was clean, organized and taken care of with great attention to detail.
For a family holiday, the resort has so much to offer. The pools, aqua park, beach, kids’ activities, sports and entertainment kept everyone busy and happy. The entertainment team deserves special recognition for their energy and the great atmosphere they created throughout the day and evening.
I would also like to give a special personal thank you to Mr. Sharif Awad, Food & Beverage Manager, for his outstanding attention, hospitality and care. His presence and commitment were clearly reflected in the excellent F&B experience throughout the resort.
A special thank you as well to Mr. Ayman, Front Office Manager, for his professionalism, warm welcome and genuine care for the guests. He made us feel very welcome and was always approachable and helpful.
Ultimately, what makes a hotel memorable is not only the facilities — it is the people. And the people at Albatros Palace Sharm truly made our family holiday special.
Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, hospitality and attention to detail. We came as guests and left with wonderful family memories.

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Palace and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. From the beautiful facilities and excellent location to the amazing atmosphere, everything made our stay very special.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone was always ready to assist and make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.
A very special thank you to Mr. Ayman for everything he did for us and for going above and beyond to make our celebration truly special. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference and helped make my wife’s birthday celebrations unforgettable.
We genuinely appreciate the effort from the entire team and especially Mr. Ayman for making sure we had such a memorable experience.
