Excellent hotel and best service
One of the best value-for-money hotels in the Soho Square area! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent with a huge variety of options, including for guests with allergies. The entire hotel is wheelchair-friendly, from the entrance all the way to the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. And the beach offers an amazing snorkeling experience with beautiful marine life. Highly recommended! Will never think twice when I visit Sharm el Sheikh again.

I really liked the hotel; the staff were very pleasant, and the service was excellent overall. I want to personally thank Mohamed Elasiouty for doing a great job cleaning the room. I am especially grateful to him for finding my gold earring and returning it to me.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Oasis Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness, warmth and hospitality.
The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. From the reception to the restaurant and all the different services, I always felt surrounded by people who were genuinely trying to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a very warm and positive atmosphere throughout the hotel, and this comes from the people working there.
During my stay, I had two small issues related to the restaurant and kitchen. What impressed me most was not the issues themselves, but the way they were handled. The Operations Manager immediately took care of everything with great professionalism, attention and respect, and the situation was resolved very quickly.
In fact, this gave me the opportunity to know him better, and I was extremely pleased by his attitude. He is a very professional, kind, intelligent and dedicated person who truly cares about the guests and the reputation of the hotel. He listens, reacts immediately and makes sure that the guest is satisfied.
For me, this is the real meaning of good management: problems can happen anywhere, but what makes the difference is how quickly and professionally they are solved. In this case, everything was handled perfectly.
I would like to thank the Operations Manager personally, as well as the entire Grand Oasis team, for their warm welcome, their excellent service and their hospitality.
I leave with a very positive impression and with great respect for the people working there. I sincerely hope to return again soon and I will be very happy to recommend Grand Oasis Resort to friends, colleagues and anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.
