Located on the idyllic shores of Sharm El Sheikh, this stunning luxury beach front resort sits on its own 450 m stretch of beach, surrounded by a lush tropical landscape and beautiful pools. The airport and the centre of Naama Bay are only 8 km away. Furthermore, there are many great historic and religious attractions located nearby.
This resort and spa offers a unique coastline, embraced by the spectacular land and seascapes of Mother Nature. It is air-conditioned with a 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities as well as a bar, dining room, conference and parking facilities. Room service is also available. There is also a children's playground.
The resort offers 559 luxurious rooms with modern décor. All room types have an en suite bathroom, mini fridge, in-room safe, hairdryer, complimentary daily local newspaper (on request), high speed Internet access, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, a direct dial telephone with voicemail, individually adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The resort has a magnificent lagoon style swimming pool with a size equivalent to 3 Olympic pools, tennis court, kids' pool and kids club, state-of-the-art Bodyline Fitness Centre, Hammam, plunge pool, sauna, steam room and beach massage, and a games room with billiards and table tennis. The spa features 10 treatment rooms and relaxation areas, with treatments including holistic therapies such as the four-hand massage, traditional Thai massage, body wraps and hydrotherapy. Other signature treatments include sea scrub body polish, after-sun soother, the Cleopatra bath and Aroma deluxe facial. The spa also offers specially designed couples suites and cabanas to ensure guests have a memorable experience. The sandy beach is provided with sun loungers and parasols. Diving and snorkelling, windsurfing and other water sports, horse and camel riding, as well as desert safaris are also available nearby.

It was a unique experience a wonderful hotel with many great features including Pools suitable for all ages restaurant serving international cuisine and a truly outstanding staff
Great holiday turns in to an amazing one
So firstly I definitely did my research I knew from the beginning this hotel was not going to be full of English we knew Russian is the main language spoken nevertheless we choose my partner and I choose too take a gamble what's the worst that could happen
So we arrived shortly before dinner put our bags in the room went for dinner and wow what a shock not what we was expecting at all we felt very out of place the dinning room was very busy and seemed a bit chaotic we both thought oh no have we made a mistake that first night we were definitely disappointed how ever a new day comes the next morning we decided to go for breakfast early as soon as they opened it was quite we had a good chance too look around and wow what a breakfast this hotel in general the food was amazing but breakfast especially is an event not to be missed if fact I would say the food was first class and I'm a really fussy eater who usually lives of chips on holiday but all 3 meals times amazing food laid out every time
Our room was in building 3 at first we was not too happy but the location turned out too be excellent as for the room pretty dated could definitely use an upgrade but it was clean had everything you might need our room cleaned every day and early too which was a plus a high standard of cleaning with fresh towels every day couldn't really ask for more just a bit old looking
The facility's were amazing the pool was excellent loads of sunbeds no need to wake up reserving sunbeds with towels again English is not widely spoken you are not going too be surrounded by English people but we found it amazing don't be shy especially with the staff they all speak some English pool bar has serve your self slushes we don't drink alcohol but the bar seems well stocked and never a wait or a que
We mainly wanted too stay at the grand For the excellent snorkeling opportunities and this was a real highlight of our stay the best snorkeling spots right on your door step no trips needed every day as much as you want we spent 10 wonderful days snorkeling every day
In summary the grand rotana is an amazing hotel with amazing food if you wanna be surrounded by English people don't come if you want an amazing holiday definitely do come

Over priced
We arrived on the 2nd of September initially we had a good impression we checked in and the receptionist briefly explained the restaurants for us but left us with no map for reference. We was taken to our room and on first impression it look new when we woke up the next day our impression of the room changed it was very tired we had a ground floor room with sea and pool view at extra cost (not worth the money) the room cleaner done a good job and can't fault him. The swimming pool is ok but the shallower part was used for entertainment staff playing games. The pool bar is in the wrong location as you have to walk over wooden bridges which are to steep going over more difficult for myself as I've just had knee replacement surgery the pool bar staff are extremely good. The main restaurant is discussting poor quality and choice of food. Slik road was so much better nice food and all the staff can't do enough for you. We was on honeymoon but didn't feel like it.they have escolaters by the pool going up to reception and it felt like your was in primary. My wife slipped over on the floor on reception level a room cleaner came out and all he said was you have the wrong shoes on. They said we couldn't have a late check out room as the hotel was full but the pool and the beach was minimal is is the first time in 16 visits to Egypt this had happened and they were OK this us having to sit in reception for 7 hours. I can't give this hotel a higher rating because of our experience. We found it is very over priced form what is a standard Egyptian hotel. Please reconsider book this hotel so you are not disappointed like we were we stayed in room 6001 and we definitely would not go back or advise anyone to. go we were 1 couple of a very few English people there few. PLEASE STAY AWAY
Best hotel in sharm
Is my 3rd time in grand rotana and always my best way for summer vacation!! I went to many hotels but something always brings me back to it 🤍 everything was nice the atmosphere the pool the food the rooms and ofc the animation team especially Anna🤍and the activities that always keeps you active and you never feel bored,can't wait to come back soon🤍
Fantastic resort for a friends' trip!
I stayed at the Grand Rotana Resort & Spa this September with my friends, and we had an absolutely amazing time during our vacation. The overall atmosphere of the resort was very relaxing and pleasant, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the delicious food and the wide variety of options available. The hotel facilities, including the pool areas, were well-maintained and beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and spend quality time with friends. I honestly loved everything about this place and have no complaints at all, so I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway.
