Nice clean small hotel, friendly helpful staff. Ahmed who cleaned our room daily to a high standard and very creative with our towels and always helping me with my room key as a bit dated and senstive key card system. Also a shout out to Aymed pool side, every day got me a higher sunbed as the standard ones are very low and he saw me struggle to get up and down also cleaned your glasses. Another shout out to Abdul our poolside waiter, always checking we had a drink. Only a couple minor points to mention, its the first hotel we had to go down at a silly early morning time and claim a sunbed. The first morning we awoke at 5:30am to other guests going down and claiming sunbeds, bearing mind breakfast starts at 7am and the pool from 8am and it does say no reserving sunbeds, but if you dont claim one they are all taken by 6am and the hotel does not enforce there no reserving policy. There is Only one plug socket behind tv. Alcohol in drinks non existent, so you need to order your spirit separate from mixer and same with the cocktails. Only 1 type beer and its poured from a can. First time staying in a JAZ hotel where you are charged for fridge contents soft drinks / water etc (apparently this applies to all JAZ hotels ). There is nothing within walking distance, so need to use taxi to go out anywhere. There is a free shuttle to sister hotel for the beach, takes about 20mins.

Just okay
Hotel wasn’t to bad small but comfortable. Food wasn’t up to much but could always manage to get something. Staff was lovely and friendly and would help with anything. Downside to this when attending bar downstairs next to pool they don’t provide drinking water just have 2 bottles left in room. On our stay my husband became unwell 2 days in to our 14 day stay had to see hotel doctor. He was put on a IV drip and given medication costing over £500 when we checked the insurance papers the doctors put down he’s done more treatments than what he did resulting in to £1000 been paid from insurance. Lots of people was coming down with tummy issues some was sent in to hospital.’Doctor is saying it’s called travellers tummy from food.
2 week getaway a winter sun at Jaz neo
We traveled mid January and were very pleasantly suprised by this hotel. Great staff on reception made our arrival run very smoothly. Had a lovely room overlooking the pool on the first floor, which was cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied.
The bar and restaurant staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble. The restaurant had a great choice of food , and I am fussy . Pool and grounds were pristine although there was not a lot of room to go for a stroll , I found this a bit limiting but my partner wasnt bothered. Their is nowhere really to go outside the hotel on foot, although some people found a shop it was not next door and was a bit of a walk . We got the shuttle to the beach most days to the sister hotel, a beautiful hotel set on a lovely sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds .land windscreens . It made a change of scenery.

Jaz neo sharks bay eygpt
Location is kind of in middle of nowhere but taxis readily available. The hotel itself was beautiful. Rooms were clean and well kept, we had a lovely housekeeper who cleaned our room everyday called Alaa big shout out to him.well worth the stay. Food was lovely a good varied choice. Wasn't expensive but stunning. Did get bit rowdy round the pool when playing pool games etc but that's what it's all about.

Beyond expectations!
Vacation in Egypt left the best memories. The territory is clean, well-groomed and very beautiful. The staff works quickly and always smiles.
The food in the restaurant is varied and of high quality. There are always fresh vegetables, meat and fish for every taste.
The confectioner is a real genius. Desserts and pastries are just gorgeous, it's impossible to tear yourself away from them. Each cake looks like a piece of art.
