Very good stay and the staff is friendly
Another Amazing Holiday at the Royal Savoy
Another fabulous stay at the Royal Savoy — our third trip in two years. This place really is magical.
Firstly, without exception, the staff are amazing. Bishoy and the whole concierge team are professional, friendly and incredibly attentive. Bassem, Argie and all the bar, waiting and egg chef staff remember returning guests and make it their job to know what you like, where you like to sit and even how you like your eggs in the morning 😀.
Ahmed at the pool knows exactly which loungers you prefer and will even make sure you have a float so you can happily drift around the pool for the day. George and the pool bar team quickly learn what you like to drink and somehow seem to appear with it just when you need it.
The beach team are equally obliging. Ahmed Ali and Kiyofos EFat go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable. Whether you prefer the front row on the private beach, full sun or shade, bean bags or loungers, they somehow make it happen.
And then there’s the food. There is so much choice, from buffets to unlimited à la carte dining. Even on E-Class there is enough variety that you can always find something you fancy. They have also introduced a new à la carte lunch service in the Morning Room, which was fabulous and definitely worth trying.
Some of the restaurants and bars are in Soho Square, so you can dip in and out of the lively atmosphere there before retreating back to the peace, privacy and calm of the Royal Savoy.
This is not party central. The hotel is small, boutique and relaxing. For us, it is the perfect place to recharge. If you work hard and need somewhere to properly switch off, reset and rest, this is exactly that kind of place.
And lastly, there’s the reef. When you feel like disappearing for a few hours, you can simply put on your snorkel and mask and head off on an underwater adventure.
Needless to say, this is one destination we cannot wait to return to. We now find ourselves planning the next trip before we have even finished the current one, which is something we never thought we would do when there are so many other places in the world to see. But there is something about the Royal Savoy, and Egypt itself, that keeps pulling us back.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional 10-Day Stay at the Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh
We have just returned from a fantastic 10-day stay at the Royal Savoy and could not recommend it highly enough. The hotel was immaculate, our room was beautifully maintained, and the food across the restaurants was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high standards.
What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Special thanks to Ahmed, the lifeguard and pool attendant, for his helpful and friendly service; Jona in the Royal Savoy Lounge for making us feel so welcome; Enji, who provided exceptional service across several restaurants; and Kerolos and Medhat, who were professional, attentive and incredibly friendly.
The Royal Savoy is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, wonderful food and an exceptional team. We made some lovely memories and will definitely be returning! ❤️🇪🇬
Wonderful stay in Sharm El Sheikh
Exceptional location, very nice and beautiful resort with many restaurants, many pools and a private beach. And above all a very kind team which does more than expected to make your stay wonderful. Special thanks to Bishoy and Michael (front desk), Ahmed (housekeeping), Jona, Mae, Ahmed and Mariam (restauration), Ahmed (swimming pool) and Malak (shisha in the so welcoming cave bar).
Amazing stay at Royal Savoy!
We just got back from our stay at Royal Savoy and I had to write this because everything was honestly perfect. From the moment we arrived until we left, the whole experience was amazing.
The territory of the hotel is really cool and beautiful. Very well maintained and feels like a little paradise. The sea is gorgeous, crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We spent hours on the beach just enjoying the views. The whole vibe of the place is relaxing and welcoming.
The lobby bar deserves a special mention. The cocktails there are incredibly delicious. We stopped by often and every single drink was perfectly made. Great way to end a day in the sun.
The staff at Royal Savoy are truly wonderful people. I want to share something that happened to me. While I was swimming in the sea I lost my ring at the bottom, just after 4 mo nths after the wedding... I was panicking. A man on the beach who was handing out towels saw that I was upset and he gave me real support. He ensured me that i would find a ring no matter what will happen and thanks to him I actually found my ring, cinema story. That kind of care is rare and I am so grateful to him.
There is also a security guard at the entrance to Soho Square from the Royal Savoy side. This man is a truly amazing person. So friendly and helpful every time we passed by. Whenever we went to the shop we would buy him little treats and snacks. He made us feel safe and happy, always smiling, a real gem of a human being.
Overall Royal Savoy is a fantastic place. Beautiful sea, delicious cocktails, cool territory and outstanding people. From the beach staff to the security guards everyone made this trip special. We will definitely be back.
