I wouldn’t class it as a 5 star..I arrived late and was given room service of cold rice and chicken, which I didn’t eat . The staff was very attentive and helpful. Entertainment was average - got bored with it A photographer and a particular spa rep, persistent nuisance, just don’t understand no, very off putting.4

Lovely 10 days in Sharm
Just back from 10 days at this lovely hotel.
We stayed in a sea view room which was really big. Our cleaner Ezhak did an amazing job and left us lots of lovely creations with the towels 😀.
The WiFi is really strong in the reception areas but unfortunately was practically non-existent in our room.
The resort is really big. There are 5 pools, 3 of which are quite small and between blocks. The pool nearest the beach has lots of activities during the day and has a pool bar. The pool nearer reception is big but very quiet. It does play music but there isn’t activities there. There is a bar and a snack bar. The pool man Romany was really helpful and looked after us in selecting our sunbeds and the waiter Mounir was always on hand to keep us hydrated. The staff at this resort are all so helpful and friendly and work exceptionally hard.
The food in the hotel is to a good standard and there are different themes every night. Amer made exceptional omelettes at breakfast.
Aside from the buffet restaurant there is also the Mongolian grill restaurant which was really good, the Indian restaurant was nice however my husband was disappointed as the tandoori dish didn’t come with sauce so was quite bland however and there is also a bbq which was really good.
The entertainment in the evening was fine and there is something every night. There is a bar in reception that you can watch football and also provides snacks during the day. The waiter Reda was excellent.
There are a couple of shops in the hotel and quite a few across the road too.
We did a couple of trips through a local agent. The Ras Mohammed and White Island boat trip - wouldn’t really recommend as it was too long. A romantic dinner cruise - which wasn’t romantic in the slightest was a party cruise which would be good if that’s your thing, however not ours. We did the buggy ride which was really good.
The hotel runs a shuttle bus in the evening to Naama Bay and Soho Square. These can be booked up quite quickly.
All in all we had a great time and would heartily recommend this hotel.

Great time
Had an amazing time here the staff are friendly and always willing to help. The entertainment team were also very friendly. Only back a week and wish we was still there

Bar staff amazing
We stayed for 9 nights mid September and It was a lovely hotel, the pools were big and lots of sun beds, the lifeguard always came over with a fresh towel for us and allowed us to have the same sun beds the whole holiday, the Al a cartes were nice and we went to all 3. Yousef at the swim up pool bar was amazing, always came round to see if you wanted a drink even if you wasn’t in the pool and served everyone quick at the pool bar, Reda in your bar was fabulous, we never had to queue for a drink and he always made sure a drink was in front us, made sure he always said hi and checked on us and we got on with him really well.
The only down side was the reception and the housekeeping, one night we got the bus to soho square which picked us up at 10:30pm however the bus didn’t show up, we got to the pick up location at 10:20pm and walked up and down to find it till 10:50pm until we decided to get a taxi back, when I spoke to reception they asked for my room number and said he will speak to management and be in touch but we never heard anything. Another thing was the room towels, for 4 days I think we got given 1 towel between 2 of us along with 2 smaller hand towels and a floor towel mat, but our rooms phone didn’t work to ring reception (previously got told they’ll fix it and never) and it was a far walk to reception so we did deal with the limited towels for a few days until we got 1 big towel and no other towels so I told reception, they again said someone will come to fix the phone (they never I ended up fixing it in the end) and bring some towels, I waited 45 minutes and then rang to ask where the towels are, they said 5 minutes, 30 minutes past and still no towels, by that time I was dressed and ready to go out so again spoke to reception about it but not sure what time we finally go towels as we was out the room.
Apart from that it was a lovely hotel and the bar staff are really good at their job.
Small heaven on mainland
The atmosphere of the location is just simply amazing! Rooms are still quite good enough even though a little bit rustics, to be honest the room for my perspective is not the first priority relating on you just basically sleep there over night. The views especially on the sea side are astonishing. We just got lucky I guess, trying to be nice and kind everywhere. The atmosphere of being in the pool with ful of the palm trees makes you feel super relaxing and chill. The end of the so called road where free bus shuttle can pick you up, you have amazing experience for sea adventures along with small "cliff" for jumping as well. Every night there are pretty cool and diverse shows for couple of hours. Recommend all inclusive since in this price basically everything is included for free after all (Unlimited All drinks at bar at the entrance, pools, beach; snacks, swimming/snorkeling equipment). From the view of the stuff, seems we got also pretty lucky since we tip them some (it doesn't need to be a lot, for them every penny counts). Overall i would say 9,8. I would definitely return immediately. And thank you again to Filip.
