Absolutely lovely hotel also very clean all of the time. The room was very spacious and cleaned every day by Mustafa ragab who would not only clean the room to a very high standard but was also always on hand to provide anything you needed water, towels, tea, coffee etc and was always around to greet you with a smile and a chat. All the staff working at the hotel would always go the extra mile to ensure your stay was comfortable for the whole time you were there. The food was a very good mixture with something for everyone from salads to hot food and fish or meat cooked day and night at meal times on the outdoor BBQ. Entertainment team would provide various activities through the day on the beach for you to join in and the beach is clean and maintained to a high standard with staff constantly patroling the beach to clean and collect used glasses etc. I could definitely say that I would return to the hotel jazaleet for another holiday somewhere in the near future.
Stayed at the jaz elite palace in July went with my wife for our 50th wedding anniversary the hotel was very clean restaurant,s were really good plenty of choice of food pool and beach sunbeds plenty But the best thing about the hotel is their staff. Everyone from waiters to the cleaning staff. But the reception staff go above and beyond The hotel was good the weather was good. But the staff made it fantastic.
Thanks Yassien Fathy for a great order in our room. He made nice surprises from towels for us throughout our staying here. Sea is good and clean, hotel’s territory is nice. There are always enough sungers. Nice bar on the beach and reception. We wish more fruits at the restaurant.
Our first time in Egypt and what a lovely experience. From beginning to end. The staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous. Nothing is to much trouble and they go above and beyond to make your stay so enjoyable. The food was great at all the restaurants, especially the Italian. Coral beach just along the coast line was the best snoring I have ever experienced and hardly anyone there. We stayed in room 3212 and our room was serviced by Mohammed Adam. He was amazing and kept our room clean, tidy and made sure we had everything we need during our stay, he’s a true credit the hotel. Everywhere is spotless and very well organised. We are already planning our next stay. I mean, why would you choose anywhere else when you’ve already found perfection.
Just returned from this hotel and I can honestly say we had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The biggest asset of this hotel is without doubt the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. They all work incredibly hard and really do go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The buffet restaurant was what you would expect from a good all-inclusive hotel, with plenty of choice, hot food and something different every day. We both found something we enjoyed at every meal and had no stomach upsets at all during our stay. We also tried both à la carte restaurants, and they were excellent. The Egyptian restaurant was our favourite – the food, atmosphere and live musicians made it a really special evening. The pools are beautiful. Although the upper pool fills up early, we preferred the lower pool and the beach, where there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The beach itself is stunning and immaculately maintained. We loved the beach bar. It’s much smarter than a typical all-inclusive beach bar, with comfortable tables and chairs that give it the feel of a lovely beachfront restaurant. The staff were great, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the chicken shawarma almost every day because it was that good! One of the highlights was taking the hotel’s boat to the Coral Beach. At €10 per person including sun bed, a bottle of water and a soft drink, it was excellent value, and the snorkelling was incredible. We saw a huge variety of colourful fish and, in all honesty, enjoyed it even more than our trip to Ras Mohammed. We stayed in Room 1312 overlooking the arena. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. I mentioned that my pillow was a little too firm, and our room attendant immediately replaced it with a softer one. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He kept the room immaculate, made sure we always had bottled water, and everything else we needed, and always checked that we were happy. The bar staff, restaurant teams, entertainment staff and reception team all deserve a special mention. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings, excellent service and a team of staff who genuinely make all the difference.
