Great Food and Ambience
I had a lovely stay at Sarova Whitesands while there for work. The ambiance was peaceful and very conducive for meetings, the room was beautiful with a great ocean view, and the food and service were excellent. A special thank you to Given at reception for his wonderful service. I would definitely come back again, whether for business or with my family.

Excellent service
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially because of the excellent service from the Ms. Kasiti. She was very friendly, polite, attentive, and professional throughout. She made sure everything was taken care of and served us with a great attitude and a smile. His excellent customer service really made our experience enjoyable. Highly recommended, and thank you for the great service!
Relaxing Experience
Enjoyed the experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. The premises were clean and quiet. I was looking to have a relaxing time and the whole atmosphere and environment allowed for that.
