Estatic stay
The restaurant team. Bravo bravo bravo. I couldn't wait for meal times just for the warm greetings and the warm interactions. My bad for not getting names but I'd definitely be back because of the restaurant service team. The guy who does gymnastics in the pool my mum is greatful as well(he was off on Monday we couldn't say goodbye. The security guard who received us when we came and most time guarded us when we were at the beach( brilliant young light man). Shaban thank you for the suprise cocktails.
Just a little improvement at check in. Give all necessary details especially for first time guests.

You definitely should try!
Very nice hotel with plenty of space. Great food. Super nice staff and service. The only flaw it could use some discipline or consistency some time.

Awesome ambience,great service like constance in service, overall magical experience!!
Enjoyable break
We as a family stayed at Diamonds Hotel, Malindi as a mix of adults and teenagers.
Rooms are nicely decorated, very spacious, very comfortable beds and beautiful grounds.
Staff were very friendly with lots of daily fun activities. Staff, aswell as participating themselves, were encouraging to join in the activities but not pushy.
The private beach section was nice and relaxing and the teenagers opted for the more lively area around the activity pool, sun loungers were very comfortable although could do with more of them.
We encountered a few issues but when raised I have to say Management went over and above to deal with these and ensure our stay was a lovely experience.
Some of our party went diving and were really impressed with the marine life encountered.
Overall our stay was very enjoyable.
