The resort exceeded all expectations; all the staff members were incredibly friendly and full of energy, and Francis was always there to entertain us and ensure we never got bored.

Great experince
Basic garden room but requested a move. It was done with a smile. Beautiful room spotless clean Staff incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough Particular mention to Japhether who went out of his way to be helpful

Excellent Service, But Room for Improvement
Had a lovely stay overall, and the service was excellent. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout the visit. A special mention goes to Ken, the manager, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely made the experience more enjoyable.
That said, I felt the food could be improved. The quality was fairly mediocre, and the variety could have been better. On our last day, there was a conference taking place, which made the dining area extremely crowded. As a result, some food items were no longer available by the time we went to get them.
Overall, the hospitality and service were definitely the highlights of my stay. With some improvement to the food quality and better management of dining during busy conference periods, the experience could be significantly better.
Would I go back? Maybe. The excellent service and warm hospitality are certainly a reason to consider returning, but I would also like to see improvements in the dining experience.

The hotel has lovely views especially the bar facing the ocean. Amazing , good customer service. They have good breakfast and sometimes lunch .
