This modern hotel boasts a package of a traditional-style courtyards, wonderfully landscaped gardens and a waterpark-crowned pool scene. Its well-appointed rooms feature traditional Moroccan décor with some fresh touches like flat-screen TVs. Their only downside is that due to the amount of attractions the venue offers, guests won't spend enough time in them. They will be spoiled with choice at the exciting first-rate waterpark that is loaded with slides including a Spacebowl, Blackhole and a section just for the youngest guests chock-full of slides and fountains. Plus there are 2 extra pools and a poolside bar to provide endless stream of chilled drinks. The lights of the Red City, called so due to the blush-coloured walls that surround it, are just a 20-minute shuttle bus ride away and it is still exciting as ever and still offers a magical mix of modern and traditional.

Not the best toddler friendly
Was a lovely hotel, however there was no food when we got to the hotel. I was travelling with a toddler and flight got delayed. By the time we got to the hotel it was after ten and they offered fruit and no milk for my toddler. On the day we were travelling back it was an early morning flight and again had to ask for milk which the staff were not happy about.

Terrible Communication, Poor Service and a Lack of Hospitality
This is not our first holiday here, but unfortunately, this year we have noticed a significant decline in the level of service.
Communication throughout the resort has been very poor, and the overall experience feels much more commercially focused than guest focused. Sadly, we did not experience the Moroccan hospitality we had expected and experienced previously.
At reception, we were kept waiting until 3:00 pm without any clear explanation, while other guests were allowed through earlier. Communication from the staff, particularly around the Blue Corner, was extremely poor. At times, it genuinely felt as though guests were not valued.
The most disappointing experience was at the Kids Club. We went there with the children, and the member of staff did not even greet or acknowledge them. For a family resort, this was particularly unacceptable to us. Children should be made to feel welcome, especially in an area specifically designed for them.
We also noticed that some members of staff appeared to develop friendships with certain guests and gave them noticeably warmer and more attentive service. This created an uncomfortable feeling of unequal treatment.
We have been here before, which is exactly why the difference this year has been so noticeable. The facilities may still be there, but good hospitality is about how guests are treated. Unfortunately, on this visit, we felt that genuine guest care, communication and Moroccan hospitality were seriously lacking.
