Amazing staff!
The staff were absolutely amazing at this hotel, particularly Akram, Hassan and Zineb who were so friendly and welcoming each time we entered the restaurant buffet and went above and beyond with their service for the group I went away with and tended to all our needs! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great hotel and staff
After visiting in August 2025 for our honeymoon we decided to book for our return in August 2026.. The hotel ticked all the boxes for us.. the staff were great but in particular one of the waiters at the snack bar ( Oualid ) was brilliant, he was fun but also very good at his job and nothing was a problem. (August 25 my wife had not long had ankle surgery and Oualid would even bring our drinks to sun beds just as a treat.. he went the extra mile to help) Definitely a staff member who helped make our holiday!

Be Live Collection gave us everything we wanted; great food, fresh food, all dining area clean with good A/C, fun activities, and most importantly amazing people. Special Shoutout to Zina Zainab S, who made our holiday feel special.
Restaurant buffet is exceptional. Restaurant à la carte fantastic. Cocktail selection are great.
The evening restaurants services is a topnotch. The bars rendered great services. I and my wife enjoyed the pool. We will 100% recommend this place and would love to come back.
