We had the best time.. oh my goodness the food was amazing and the staff super friendly and nice .Ahmed and Zizo made our stay even better.. Zizo was just absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for making our stay fantastic. I highly recommend be live!!!

Zizo and Ahmed have been really hospitable & friendly. Great service - they made amazing margaritas and they kept coming so we were very happy with our experience. Would 100% recommend! The food is incredible & the service of all of the staff is fantastic.

The hotel itself was nice, although parts of it are starting to look a little dated, with things such as broken tiles and general wear and tear.

The pool area, however, was a different story. The loud pool played the same two songs on repeat for around two hours, which certainly was not very relaxing. Luckily, we were mainly using the hotel as a base and spending most of our time out and about.

For a five-star hotel, I was surprised to see plastic glasses being used. In my opinion, the hotel is more realistically a four-star rather than a five-star. The pool area was also quite dirty, and none of the parasols could be adjusted properly. You had to find the lifeguard to put a pin into the parasol before you could use it. On the plus side, there were certainly no sunbed wars!

Our biggest issue was our room, 4002. There was very little chance of getting to sleep before midnight because of the music coming from the entertainment area directly opposite us. The bass was ridiculously loud and travelled straight into the room.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday or like to go to bed early, I would definitely recommend avoiding this side of the pool and this particular block.

The food was okay, although the à la carte restaurant was very disappointing. It felt more like a production line than a relaxed dining experience. We were in and out within 25 minutes. We had not even finished chewing one course before the next one had arrived!

One real positive was the housekeeping. Our cleaner was very good, and our bedding was changed twice during our four-day stay, which we really appreciated.

The staff were generally polite and friendly. I would not say they went above and beyond, but they were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, we were disappointed. The hotel has some positives, but for a supposed five-star property, I expected a much higher standard. We will not be returning.
