Reception area needs air con 🌡 🛏 Bedrooms were nice. Think we had a recently upgraded room though. It was clean and we had housekeeping and bottled water daily. Great air con too. ☀️ It was 45° when we were there so very hot. Sun loungers were often reserved early hours of the morning. If your towel isn't down by 6.30am you've got no hope. 🥐 Breakfast is all pastries, fruit, cheese and eggs. 🌴The grounds are pretty and well looked after, compared to the sister hotel which is really run down. 🏊‍♂️Pools are lovely but someone 💩 in there one day and despite numerous reports to staff, they did nothing. Guests unaware of the situation were left to swim in contaminated water increasing the risk of everyone getting ill. (We used the sister hotel facilities after this) 🏢 You can use facilities at sister hotel but have to pay for food and drinks. The kids enjoyed the aquapark. 🕺Animation team bring a good vibe and the daytime entertainment is great. 🍽 Restaurant is well air conditioned, food was OK. As always, all inclusive is quite repetitive. Lots of morrocan dishes on offer. The snack bar had the usual processed food, burgers, chips, nuggets, pizza but there was often a long que for these. There's only 1 machine for soft drinks in the restaurant so often ques for this at busy periods. No beer at lunch or evening meal available, only wine, unless you bring a glass in from the bar. 🍦icecream only available on certain days at meal times. 🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️staff on the whole were friendly. Cleaners work very hard. 🍻 The bar is by far the worse all inclusive bar we've experienced. If they didn't have beer because they ran out regularly, then they didn't have cups and staff are very slow. There are a few cocktails on the list but they were disgusting 🫣 soft drinks were often warm or flat. 💧water and juice machines were temperamental 🕺💃 night time entertainment is your usual all inclusive, dance shows, karaoke. One night they do a foam party which is good. 📶 WiFi is hit and miss 🎈must do excursion - hot air balloon flight. This was pricey but worth every penny. Very well organised and such an incredible experience.

All in all we had a fab holiday with a few minor inconveniences but unfortunately we wouldn't return based on the poor bar service and pool hygiene.

Family of six stayed for one week on an all‑inclusive basis.

⭐ Pros

• Night entertainment is lively and genuinely enjoyable. • Adults‑only pool provides a calm, relaxing escape from the busier areas. • Food variety is impressive — flavoursome dishes across breakfast, lunch, the snack bar, dinner, and late‑night options. • Daytime staff and entertainment team are friendly, energetic, and engaging. • Hotel grounds are visually appealing, with a pretty overall setting. • Guest managers are helpful and communicate well in English.

⚠️ Cons

• Bathroom issues on arrival — the light wasn’t working and took over 12 hours to fix. • Reception communication is poor; calls from the room are rarely answered, and some phones don’t work at all. • Loose plug sockets make charging devices unreliable. • No irons available anywhere in the hotel. • Ant infestation in the room required us to move. • WiFi quality is extremely poor. • Cleanliness concerns — mould, hair, and limescale in the bathroom, plus a persistent drainage smell in the room. • Cocktail limitations — not all cocktails are included in the all‑inclusive package. • Bar staff are often rude, and drinks are served without ice even in 44°C heat. • Bar access — only one bar, long queues, and just two staff serving. • Indoor-only bar means guests must be dressed; no outdoor alcohol bar available. • Cup shortages — cups frequently run out or are dirty. • Front desk language barriers make communication difficult. • Safe charges are unclear and require payment. • Early bar closure — all‑inclusive bar shuts at 11pm, which feels too early. • Weak air conditioning for the size of the hotel. • Dirty pool — appeared not to have been cleaned all summer.

Overall

Despite a few positives, the negatives significantly outweighed them. I would not return and cannot recommend this hotel. It does not meet the standards expected of a 4‑star property, and I would have preferred to spend more for a better experience.

Myself, my mum amd my two daughters went to this hotel for a week at the end of July. On arrival it looked perfect then it went from bad to worse. We had no fridge in our room for five days after contacting reception five times when thwy finally answered the phone, When a fridge was finally dropped off it didnt work. The aircon kept my children up all night as it wasnt working and making a horrendous noise. Two pillows were in our room for a family of four which is very bizarre. The only inclusive package is a complete rip off, ques all day long and when you finally got served you were served a drink in a small 200ml glass and told only two drinks were allowed. I was astonsihed when my two year old wanted a glass of apple juice but was told no as the bar was shut. The staff give prefenrence to who they serve, I was waiting at the bar several times for twenty minutes, then someone would come along and the bar manager would take them to the side and give them what they wanted straight away. They give preference to people from the country it seems over english people. The pool area smelt and is in serious need of refurbishment, the ladders are coming of the wall inside the pool, the lights are hung on with jubelee clips. I feel from the holiday brochures and websites this is a complete scam and not its true representation. This is extremely unacceptable and we feel robbed of our hard earned cash visiting this place.
