Got home from here today, i written a review while staying in the hotel as regards to the entertainment team for there friday night show, they truly deserved the 5stars i gave them for the show, on the other hand i never mentioned the actually hotel, the actual grounds are really picturess , the rooms could do with updating but where ok , we were lucky as our air con worked for the full holiday, the food is ok as im not a fussy eater but i know alot of people where just having chips due to what was offered, thought it was outrageous to run out of beer 3 occasions in the week we were there never known any all inclusive to have no beer, dont buy drinks off the shelf thinking your getting a proper drink as i did twice , a vodka and a malibu costing around £8 each and they where both not the real macoy, over all its a very average place that could be very good if the ones at the top take notice as all the staff work there socks off.

An overall good four star experience. Beautiful grounds with natural wildlife and roses galore.The food is good, being fresh and varied. Only one section has temp issue but otherwise fine. The bar gets congested and leads to tenders under pressure but measures are good. Entertainment team are inventive and aim to please. The quiet pool is a gem and the restaurant near by very good.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the resort .We stayed in Agadir last year which we loved so wanted to try Marrakech, the location is lovely. We arrived early in the morning so couldn't check in untill 3 which is to expected but realised that they had given our room to someone else with a completely name so that took time to sort which is annoying, luggage had to just stay in the lobby untill we got our room which isn't ideal not put in a room to keep safe. The room itself seemed fine but drains aren't great as there was always a smell, had ants in the room and shower didn't drain away even when they said someone had fixed. It said 3 restaurants, the main buffet one a morrocon one and al la carte , realistically there's only one as morrocon you have to pay for and the al la carte was never open, food was okay could of done some more tangine dishes. The drinks were beer which they always ran out of, wine which is awful, vodka which is watered down and whisky and soft drinks but everything else was at a charge of £8. Entertainment was good most nights. You can only get alcohol at main bar or the bar by the pool you couldn't get it at the adult pool which makes no sense. Most of reception staff are rude and friendly especially the lady with big black rimmed glasses and speaks no English. Pools are really busy , towels need to be put out by 6.30 to get a descent sunbed. My other half got food poisoning the second day in and the hotel is really not helpful and have no concept of time finally got the correct medication on the second day of being ill so didn't start feeling better untill our last day. We would not return to this hotel and would tell people to avoid there are much better hotels in Marrakech at the same price.
