Eden Andalou Aquapark and Spa

We’ve just come back from the best two weeks and honestly, we would 100% recommend this hotel!

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our first encounters with the waiters, Ahmed and Idris, really set the tone for the whole holiday. They couldn’t do enough for us and were brilliant throughout our entire stay.

☀️ Daytime Entertainment & Water Park

The daytime entertainment was spot on. From aqua gym and aqua Zumba to darts, archery and, of course, the water park — there was always something to do.

Our boys absolutely loved the water park, and we felt completely confident letting our 11- and 9-year-olds enjoy it without us. We were particularly impressed with the lifeguards. They were strict when they needed to be, but also incredibly helpful and attentive, which gave us real peace of mind.

The slides do look a little tired in places, but they are absolutely fine and the boys had a brilliant time.

The pool foam parties were definitely a highlight for us — so much fun and something we all really enjoyed!

We didn't use the kids' club, but we did see them doing cookery classes, which we thought was such a lovely idea. We've never seen that at an all-inclusive resort before and thought it was a really cute touch for the little ones.

🎉 Evening Entertainment

The evening entertainment probably wasn't the strongest part of the holiday. A lot of it was shows put on by the animation team, although we have to say they put 110% effort into everything and were clearly trying their absolute best to keep everyone entertained.

The White Party and Latino Night were definitely our highlights. The team are incredible people, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Included you if you wanted to join in and left you alone if you didn't. They were a genuine highlight of our holiday.

A special mention has to go to Ali at the cocktail bar in the evenings. We have never seen bar staff work so quickly while still being so friendly and efficient. He genuinely couldn’t do enough for you and is one of those people who really makes your holiday special.

🍽️ Food

The food was unreal! There was so much choice, and even as a fussy vegetarian, I was spoilt for choice. There was something for everyone, and we were really impressed with the variety throughout our two weeks.

There are a few small things that we think could make the hotel even better:

• An extra hour at the bar would be great. It closes at 11pm, which isn't particularly early, but there were definitely some nights when we would have liked to stay out and have a drink for a little longer!

• More varied evening entertainment would be great. Perhaps bringing in some external entertainers alongside the animation team's shows would give a bit more variety.

• The bees! There are SO many of them, particularly around the pool bar. They are everywhere once you have food or drinks outside. We made sure to move our empty glasses and plates as soon as we were finished, which helped, but you certainly have to get used to them!

• Ice creams aren't included in the all-inclusive, which we found a little disappointing, particularly with three children. They were 50 Moroccan dirhams each to buy at the shop or pool bar. There was ice cream available at lunch and dinner time from the main restaurant.

• There is literally nothing outside the hotel, so the on-site shop could perhaps stock a bigger selection of crisps, snacks and little essentials.

But honestly, these are all very minor things and absolutely didn't take away from what was an amazing holiday.

We had the best two weeks, the boys had an absolute blast, and the staff really did make our stay so enjoyable. There were so many lovely people who went above and beyond, and that makes such a difference.

We would 100% recommend this hotel and would happily come back! ❤️☀️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Eden Andalou Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and throughout our stay, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, and the pools and activities make it a perfect place to relax and have fun.

A special thank you to Badr from the Public Relations and Animation team, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. He is incredibly friendly, energetic, respectful, and always smiling. He knows how to create a great atmosphere and make guests feel welcome and involved. His positive energy really stood out and made a big difference during our stay.
