Exceptional stay at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech
We had a truly wonderful stay at the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional, and the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after.
A special mention must go to the concierge team, who were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, professional, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our experience smooth, enjoyable and memorable.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings, a peaceful atmosphere and excellent facilities. The staff across the hotel were consistently kind and attentive, and we really appreciated the care and attention to detail.
It was the kind of stay where you feel genuinely taken care of rather than simply being a guest. We travelled as a family, and the team made the experience especially enjoyable for us.
Thank you to the entire Fairmont Royal Palm team, and particularly the wonderful concierge team, for making our stay so special. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel.
Fairmont Marrakesh
The property and team were exceptional. We had the opportunity to stay in a prince villa which was stunning. The hotel team, waiting staff, chefs and housekeeping were all fantastic. We have a challenging dietary requirement (vegetarian with some additional limitations), and both the Italian and Moroccan restaurants exceeded our expectations. Pastry chefs (eggless for us) made some of the best creations we have had. Without being exhaustive, thank you to Miri, Maha, Juliette, Chefs Toto, Siham, Hassan and many many more! Highly recommended.

Great stay great hotel lovely people
Great stay ,breakfast spread lovely staff special mention to concierge and housekeeping
Our stay at the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech was wonderful, but what made it even more special was the exceptional care and attention we received from Chaimaa BERRY, Housekeeping Supervisor and Abdel in concierge
They r a true example of what luxury hospitality and genuine guest care should look like. From the moment they introduced themselves , they were warm, professional, discreet, and incredibly attentive to every detail.
They were proactive, responsive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and her kindness made us feel genuinely valued as guest It is people like Chaimaa who create the difference between staying at a beautiful hotel and having a truly memorable luxury experience. Their professionalism, positive attitude, leadership, and dedication are a tremendous asset to the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech. We look forward to returning to Marrakech and hopefully seeing you again

Fantastic Family Holiday
We had an excellent stay at this hotel in one of the Prince Villas. The villa was extremely spacious and felt bigger than it looks on photos. High ceilings, super comfy beds and a beautiful pool area.
Arrival and check in was very smooth and Miri really looked after us despite us arriving very late in the evening.
The food at each of the restaurants was excellent, and service was also very good. L’Olivier by Night (Asian) was spectacular, and the staff were very accommodating and understanding of our son who has additional needs, going out of their way to help him feel comfortable. The bar was also great and the barmen made a fuss of our daughter and her many mocktail requests.
We didn’t use the main pool area too much as we had our own pool in the villa, but when we did the pool guys were great helping arrange loungers and towels and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything.
I’d like to give a special mention to the housekeeping team for Villa 9. They worked extremely hard every day ensuring the Villa remained pristine throughout our two week stay, leaving flowers and towel arrangements, and checking with us each day if there was anything in particular we needed. They also located my son’s special bird toy which he had left under the bed when we checked out and went out of their way to find us and return it to us. These little touches add up to make you feel really valued and looked after as a guest.
We also used the spa while we stayed and had a fantastic “mummy and me” massage. The locker/changing area felt a little tired but the rest of the spa was beautiful and the massage was wonderful.
Our daughter (9) attended the kids club a few times while we stayed. They had some great activities on but she found it tricky to make friends as she was the only English speaking child there, and she struggled to understand some of the staff’s English too. We were staying during “low season” so I imagine this would have been better during a higher occupancy period.
I would also like to mention Maha for her subtle service and support when I was having a difficult moment with our son.
All in a great stay and I could picture us returning here again as a family.
Quick note - when staying in the prince villa you can get room service breakfast (which was excellent), airport transfers (being met at the airport by a driver with cold water and cool towels was such a great touch), and also fast track at the airport. Marrakech airport can be extremely busy so the fast track is a fab addition!
Family holiday
What can I say, excellent grounds, facilities and amenities. Best of all the was the staff, the entire team are so accommodating and helpful! An absolute pleasure! A special mention of the concierge Abdulffatah who was so attentive from the jump. Always greeted me by name which I thought was a nice small touch.
