Another wonderful stay at our home from Home in Marrakesh
I’ve just returned from a five night stay at this marvellous hotel with my sister Melanie. I think we can call ourselves regulars now as this was my sixth visit and her third. We were met like family with a wonderful warm welcome from Fouad the moment we walked through the door and he just cannot do it enough for you brilliant communication and attention to detail which we really appreciated
The food and service has always been of a good standard at this hotel in the Main restaurant we were looked after at breakfast and lunch by. Fettah Kahbul & Fatima and in an evening by Yusuf , whilst during our evenings at the Main bar Mohammed kept us very well looked after
We did have a very nice meal at the Italian restaurant one night. It makes a lovely change and although you have to pay for your alcoholic drinks, they are not expensive and the food was delicious.
The entertainment was brilliant, especially the dance who were extremely talented
The animation team were all very helpful and friendly especially Yousef (excellent quiz master ) & Soufiane who’s “belly dancing / twerking” dressed as Zubida was legendary
We continue to come to this hotel as the rooms are large clean and comfortable. The grounds are spacious & absolutely beautiful and the staff are friendly warm and welcoming but above all we love it - its the whole package
I am very much looking forward to visiting again and seeing the improvements that are being made to this Hotel with the edition of a new pool and new Riad

Outstanding
Our experience was outstanding again. 3rd visit and we are made so welcome by everyone from reception to waiters and poolside staff. Big thank you to Youssef and the animation team for making us like family. Muhammed in the evening bar and all the staff. We are coming back for our 4th visit in January 2027. Food and atmosphere and everything about the hotel is wonderful.

Good experience, okay service but the entretainment team made up for it. Especially Mimid and Sara

Excellent service and reception. Entertainment team was the best part of the hotel. Always pushing forward and engaging with people while remaining friendly with guests. Special highlight to Sara from entertainment team for her friendliness, good energy, and hospitality in welcoming guests!!

Awesome time highly recommend
What an amazing hotel.. all the staff are so nice and friendly.. food was always nice and hot with plenty of choice.. omelette for breakfast was simply delicious day time activities was always fun especially the foam party. Entertainment of an evening was good too... I would defo recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Morocco and I would absolutely return here again... thanks for a wonderful 4 night stay and see you soon hopefully.
